I purchased a bmw r1200r and dealt with joe Scott very easy to deal with and steered my through the transaction with ease have dealt with wheels aka riders for a few bikes over the years and have always found them good to purchase from

Called Wheels to ask if they would look at a section of paintwork that had peeled from front of bike.
They wanted the bike for 1 whole day and wanted to charge me just for looking even though the bike was just 9 MONTHS OLD and the issue was on top of the fairing and nowhere else!
I called Kawasaki UK and they told me that Wheels shouldn't be charging anything and to let them deal with them but I didn't want to use them aftet that.
I then called Chris Walker Kawasaki at Grantham who said to pop the bike in anytime and they'd have a look..
I took it in, they had a look and took a few pictures in under 10 minutes.
1 week later Chris Walkers called me and booked me in for the issue to be sorted under warranty no problem.
I then asked them to service it whilst I was there which they did brilliantly and cheaper than Wheels.
Wheels peterborough have not only lost a customer for future new sales but also the servicing side from me as well, plus after telling friends and bike clubs/ forums about it, plenty of other people who used Wheels had plenty to say regarding bad customer service and ripping off customers.
They're keen to sell you a product but after that you're just a cash cow.
Avoid Wheels Motorcycles and use a proper dealership elsewhere.

After passing my full test, I went to have a look at Wheels for my first bike. Once I arrived I had a little look round, not long after Joe from sales approached me. I told him what I was looking for and he kindly showed me round a few of the bikes, there was no pressure he didn’t try and up sale me, he just showed me the bikes in price range. I found one what I really liked, he brought it outside for me to have a better look, he also got me a brew. I decided to buy the bike and within 3 days I had my first bike! This was such an easy buying experience and will definitely be buying my second bike from Wheels.

Brilliant service so far and to be honest it’s nice to actually talk to people who obviously care about the industry they work in, that said am awaiting to exchange my current bike on Friday for another bike of equivalent value. Have to say they have been friendly and professional throughout the whole journey so far. And am

I chose a zzr1400 to buy the bike was delivered nearly 2 weeks later and what a beautiful bike it is , the transaction was seamless and I got a great price for my Ducati all thanks to wheels motorcycles in Peterborough also a great thanks to Joe Scott will absolutely 💯 use this company again

Rang John to buy a royal Enfield guerrilla. He made the arrangements and had the bike pre delivery inspected, and arranged delivery very quickly. Bike arrived and was expertly off loaded and wheeled into my Garage. Delivery guy was great, very polite and efficient. the bike was even full of fuel. Much appreciated. From start to finish, the whole experience of buying a used bike from Wheels Motorcycles, was very straightforward. Joe was engaged from the start, quickly sending me a high quality walk around video, and answering a few questions by email and phone, which really helped as I'm 120 miles away. I felt confident with the online buying process and the protection that comes with that. I chose to take the train to Peterborough to collect that bike instead of going for the standard delivery option (reasonably priced). The handover process was very easy and I rode off into the sunset a happy boy!

Purchased a used Honda ADV350. Purchasing process was simple and the bike was as described. Aftersales was good and calls and emails were always answered. I would recommend this dealer.

Purchased a bike just over a month ago. Had issues straight away and didn’t start at the shop. On my first ride out the bike cut out on me and keeps shuddering as if the belt is slipping and a bad spark plug. I didn’t notice but once I got home I saw the front wheel was extremely close to being bald. I’ve now purchased a new one. Also have no back light on the dash. Now considering that I purchased the bike from a supposedly reputable company I’d of thought things like this would have been checked. Especially as I had to wait the best part of a week after purchasing to actually pick it up. They told me this was to put the MOT on, well shouldn’t there mechanics of seen these other issues? I called and explained the problems the bike has and have waited almost 2weeks for it to be booked in. Well now after having a very confusing phone call from the external warranty company and reading the negative reviews on here I’ve decided to not take my bike back there as from what I can see I will be charged excessively for a bike they sold me to be fixed after only 100 miles. I’ve owned one before so luckily can sort the issues my self but that still leaves me almost £200 out of pocket. I would not recommend buying a bike from here and I certainly wouldn’t again. Basically there is no customer service once they’ve got your money. Didn’t even get the courtesy call from John Marshall as promised, if I had then this may of been a lot easier

Amazing experience working with Joe to trade in my monster for a Hypermotard. Could not have ben easier and Joe could not be more helpful and fair with the trade in. Exactly what you want in all experiences like this. 10/10 will def be back in the future!!

I wanted to look at a Suzuki gsx S 1000 GT. Joe Scott was very helpful and professional during the whole process. In fact Joe's attitude and approach helped me make my mind up to buy. I found him a top guy to deal with and would recommend him if you are looking for another bike.

Brought a Yamaha tracer 900 gt from Joe Scot had no problems at all, couldn’t ask for more. Bike was 5 years old but looked new, very pleased with the service and the bike.

Bought a new Suzuki GSXS1000GX+.
Salesman Joe Scott was excellent very thorough when going through order and options, helpful advice but not pushy, excellent communication, kept updated re progress, bike ready and completed on time and as ordered. Did have an issue after collection, needed to arrange 600 mile 1st service fairly soon after as I had trips coming up. When I tried to book in, had no dates available for some time. I raised this issue, as I was dissatisfied with follow up, via e-mail with Joe, he raised the issue with service manager and the matter was resolved and they made arrangements to accommodate me.

Visited Wheels looking to change my old GS for something a bit lighter! Found a few bikes that were of interest and Joe spent time with me discussing which would be best. Took a 800XC for a test ride the next day and agreed a trade in price for my bike. Great service all round, no pressure - just a great buying experience. Thanks Joe!

Just taken ownership of my new 2025 Aprilia RS660 factory. Service from Joe was impeccable, lovely guy. After issues with the finance company, Joe managed to sort it. I highly recommend buying a motorcycle from these guy. I’m extremely happy.

The sales are non pressured, very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly and welcoming.
I spoke to Joe Scott over the phone initally as I live 100 miles away, he organised a video of the bike and we agreed a date for pick up & handover. The experience with Joe at Peterborough was stressless and enjoyable.

I went to wheels after being disappointed with the service of another big named bike sales factory ;)
Upon arrival i was greeted and left alone to have a look around all the used bikes with no pressure. One stood out and I asked Joe Scott to help me to mainly see if I would fit. The price was affordable, I admitted that I had agreed to sell my bike to sbf but Joe manged to get me a better price to trade in. Against my now new to me bike.
