Great company to get your alloys from.
Have been looking for a new set of alloys since mine were damaged but also wanted an upgrade and came across Wheel smart and was about to get the alloys I wanted for a while.
Got the new alloys with two days of purchasing them and they came with the caps and badges for the alloys.
Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I purchased a set of 20 inch V2 M Performance alloys for my BMW and they arrived earlier than expected, with all the caps etc to give them the complete look.

Shabir also advised on the best tyre pressures to protect the wheels.

Wrote a review on google giving 2 stars stating that although the products looked really nice the wheels were manufactured using low quality materials and were too soft and not robust enough, wheels were buckled after 3 weeks and 2 years later whole set unusable and had to switch back to stock wheel......... to which I received some nonsense reply about wheels being opened 2 week prior to refund request (not even sure what this means) and incorrect installation with no spigots being used being the cause of the wheels buckling. They have absolutely NO info to be able to comment on my specific case or the installation because i didnt provide any specific details so they are literally just making stuff up to try off set the blame of their sub par product.

ive had a lot of different alloys over the years on different cars, different manufactures and some of them had even survived head on collisions but these cant take round town driving for 3 weeks.

Long and short of it is this company talk alot of nonsense & dont buy wheels from here they are not high quality, spend a bit more on a product that will be durable and that will last

Only place to sell specific alloys I wanted for my Mercedes, good communication as I ask loads of questions. Delivery was fast and the guys knew what they were talking about! Alloys on the car looks exactly as they described. They were missing the centre caps but quickly rectified with a message. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely use them again. A*

Simply Excellent. EXCELLENT HONEST GUYS who told me i didn’t need any alloys. I was worried as i was driving on soldered MERCEDES alloys and they could crack anytime. I decided to ho ahead snd buy a NEW REFURBISHED SET and was at a GREAT PRICE. ℹ recommend HIGHLY.

Complete waste of time, called up to find if the had some wheels in stock sat, they said they had one set left and I was told they would put them to one side for me, so I paid. I said I will send someone to collect Monday, when he got there no wheels in stock and explained I had them put to one side but they didn’t, just told me they sent me an email but no email! (I check my junk and everything nothing) asked if they would deliver them but they wanted £60 not even an offer on delivery even after just paying someone £40 to go and pick them up! I cancelled my purchase and have got them from somewhere else.

Fantastic company to deal with!
Decided to buy a second set of alloys for winter tyres and found a suitable refurbished genuine BMW set on their website. Ordered them and had them within 24 hours which is unheard of for my postcode! Wheels aren’t fitted yet but they look great. Also great communications when I emailed with a query about tracking information. Would high recommend WheelSmartLondon and will use them again in future if looking for wheels

Wanted a new set of alloys, found product on website and ordered over phone/messaging. Offered a part exchange on my old set and booked car in. They fitted the new set of alloys in a little over an hour whilst you wait and the service was amazing, Car looks like new with new wheel set. The team are really friendly and do a great job. Highly recommend.

The company send me wrong wheel set, then they informed me that the set i want is been damaged and it’s out of stock. I couldn’t get refund before they got wheels back( wich is not my business and mistake) takes me 3 days to store this wheels and time to waste on delivery
