We fitted a whole of house filter system for our tank water supply and after 4 months of use we are very pleased with the results. Having just changed out the first sediment filter element since install, it is clearly evident just how much sediment is present in the water supply. The filter system has improved both the appearance and taste of the water markedly.

The service and technical advise that we received from Rob and Mavis at WestOz Water Filters has been first class, right from our initial inquiry through to after sales supply of consumable spares.
There was no sales pressure and they happily assist in selecting the right size unit for the application, not trying to oversell by recommending a larger unit than actually required.

I had my whole house water filter system installed in July. Changed my first filter yesterday and was so shocked to see just how brown it was! The water makes such a difference. Tastes and feels awesome! Love it! And the best part is I love how West Oz send an email to remind you when to change the filter.

I found this Company at a Agricultural Show. These filters have made a huge difference to our water quality inside the house. originally I had a filter on the inlet to the house and another one inside , now I only need the double filters on the inlet into the house and our water quality is really good.

Rob and Mavis have been friendly and informative in relation to the installation of our three-stage home filtration system and reverse osmosis system. We are based in Perth and the water was so hard in our suburb. We have noticed a massive difference to the smell and taste of our water. It no longer has an overpowering chlorine smell and there has been a decrease in the amount of calcium build up in our bathroom. Very happy customers, we wish we'd made the purchase sooner. the purchase and installation experiences were affordable and efficient
we no longer have to drink badly tainted water as happened from time to time
the bath and shower stay clean without scum especially on the shower screen
we have recommended our son look into installing a system - their hills water is especially bad
we do not use filtered water on the garden - not necessary

Mavis gave me information on the "under the sink water filters". Rob gave me the information on the "whole of house filters". I chose a 2 filter system for both as it satisfied my requirements for the area I live. Both were very clear and knowledgeable and it was easy to make a decision. Delivery was punctual.

With the whole of house filters installed my wife now no longer spends a fortune on bottled water due to the poor quality Perth water in our area.
