West One Bathrooms Online Anmeldelser

Contacted the company and was required to order online. Made the order but a slight delay, rang customer services and quality Robe hooks were delivered the next day. Super service.
Thank you

Very efficient throughout in terms of availability of supplies, ordering and delivery.

After another well known retailer let me down with my new sink and tap, I contacted West One Bathrooms Online to see if they could help.
They were excellent - very helpful and friendly and managed to source the sink and recommended a better tap. They took time to have my items personally delivered by a member of the team to ensure I had it for the contractor. How is that for service? AMAZING. Thanks everyone for going out of the way to assist. It was really appreciated.

Good and speedy advice from online support with telephone follow up re supply times. V helpful and easy order process

Very helpful and knowledgeable as well as matching prices elsewhere online.

This was the first time we became clients of West One Bathrooms (having previously been clients of CP Hart) and we would highly recommend this company. We were a bit nervous buying online without going into a showroom but our experience was great from initial contact to delivery. Our online sales representative John Hunt was expertly knowledgeable, generous with his time and advice, courteous and always available at the end of the phone line even though we were initially buying only a few items. An authoritative person answering the phone (and dealing with that same expert person throughout) is unique in this day and age when buying goods online. We had a small issue with one of the WCs we had bought and Mr Hunt dealt with it efficiently offering an exchange with no fuss at all, that is when you find out about a company and their treatment of clients when an issue arises. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we are now returning as repeat clients for bathroom renovation purchases thanks to WOB’s great after sales care and amazing selection of products and brands. Keep up the great work and our thanks again

Very helpful customer service and great product - thank you!

My phone queries were answered swiftly, politely and accurately before placing my order. Ordering was simple and delivery well managed. Product looks fantastic, and although not operational as yet (due to fitter getting covid?!) we’re thrilled with our purchase.

Well made bathroom mirror, good value.

Good communication and product arrived quickly

Good quality product, poor customer service

Very speedy delivery. Great prices and very good choice

Amazing service, followed on my order as they realised I ordered the wrong product. Promo delivery - fantastic and will order from them again.

Very helpful online advice as to which products suited my requirement with links to order. Order was very straightforward and delivery was on time.

Still awaiting a refund for missing parts to toilet cistern, very poor communication and follow up even after speaking on the phone.

A company I would use again. Smooth ordering and given updates when parts ordered were delivered. Highly recommended and quality parts at good prices. Hermes could learn something from this company. Thanks

Very pleased with the service - professional and supportive. Will definitely use again

Had great service. John always responded promptly to my questions, was incredibly helpful in letting me know information about the product I was interested in and when it would be delivered. I would 100% use them again!
