West One Bathrooms Anmeldelser

A big shout out to Arezoo Pouya at West One Bathrooms Chelsea.

I urgently needed a spare part - a Duravit Bath overflow and searched a lot of places. Building was already taking place and this part was missing as an oversight on my part working with another company.

I shopped around and no one could help me. That was until I spoke to Arezoo who was super efficient calling me back within 5 minutes to check on the stock and placing my oder within another 5.

it was the last available part in stock and would have had to wait a month for it to become available again by most suppliers I had spoken with which would have been too late and in which time the build would have been completed.

It is times of urgency you a calm and efficient sales person who is accurate and fast and this is key and so glad Arezoo was just that, Thank you so much. A great service.

Great design service from Louise at W1 Tunbridge Wells
Was very patient as we changed utility colours several times to better suit the bold tiling colours we chose
Very helpful suggestions on alternative different types and design of product .
Was creative enough in our refurb to suggest “ stealing “ a couple of feet from the guest bedroom behind to make our en suite really take the size of shower we wanted

Cecilia was really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and responded quickly and efficiently to any queries we had. We’re really happy with the final bathroom and would confidently recommend West One bathrooms!

We had a great experience getting our bathrooms designed and ordered with Arezoo! She helped us pick cost efficient options and was extremely helpful and responsive given our very short timeline to get everything done. Would absolutely recommend working with her!

We had a very good experience with West One Bathrooms and fully recommend them. We designed 2 bathrooms and 1 guest WC with Lily Dragan at the Battersea showroom. Lily has been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, from designing and selecting all items to post-installation support. We are very pleased with the final result and excellent quality of items that were recommended to us. Many thanks for your great work!

Kirsten from WestOne bathrooms helped us plan and design three bathrooms which we were refurbishing. She did an amazing job helping us source the best fixtures at the best prices. Kirsten was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my endless questions. Post sale service was also excellent. They held the materials at the warehouse for extended periods until we were ready on site. Also, if there were any issues with any products or services, she took control of the issue and ensured the issue was resolved. I was very glad to be dealing through WestOne as I think suppliers were very keen to ensure WestOne and its clients were happy. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience

I had an excellent experience working with West One Bathrooms, specifically with Faye in the Mayfair branch.

Faye helped me choose all of the required items for my full bathroom renovation, had great product suggestions, and was very patient and collaborative in working with my budget (offering alternative versions of items where needed).

The delivery process was incredibly smooth and when there was an incorrect product substitution caused by the supplier, Faye was able to correct the issue within a day.

Would highly recommend West One Bathrooms to anyone looking for a bathroom supplier.

We have worked with West One Bathrooms since we set up our interior design company over twenty years ago! Their consultants’ knowledge is exceptional; the order process and deliveries have always been excellent. We would thoroughly recommend West One Bathrooms to all our clients.

Robert at Oxshott was very knowledgeable and offered different options on products to suit my budget.
He has plenty of experience on piecing together the items and is happy to research products for you.
I look forward to the items arriving and once fitted I am happy to share some photos!

Katie was immensely helpful with the redesign of our Cloakroom and En-Suite shower room. Her idea's were spot on and we are very happy with the final results. Throughout the process Katie was able to respond swiftly to any of our questions and resolve any potential delays.

Deep Ladhar has been a tremendous help to us in designing and selecting sanitary ware for the bathrooms and cloakroom for our new build house. The promptness of his responses to any manner of enquiry or request has been the sort of thing we all hope for but rarely receive.

One of the most important exhibitions in London to buy a different and elegant bathroom
Mr. Deeb, the showroom manager, is a professional who makes my choice easier because of his good taste

Top class design and support from Kirsten. We were renovating a small en-suite bathroom and space was tight. Kirsten came up with a design that maximised the space using well chosen bathroom fittings and furniture. We are very pleased with the results.

Kirsten is friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and professional - thank you Kirsten for always looking after us so well.

I thoroughly recommend West One Bathrooms, specifically Karina at the Mayfair branch who always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I’ve used Karina on several projects, her attention to detail and knowledge of the products available meant each project ran smoothly. She has made West One Mayfair my go to supplier for builds.

Great customer service, Tiago spent so long helping us choose from a myriad of options, adding clarity and economy - we are very happy with the prices and quality of all the fittings and would not go anywhere else to choose a bathroom.
