Scam company operates in china NOT LONDON!! as advertised offered 20%to keep product nothing like advertisement stay away!!!

0 involvement regarding weston package + 5 on email responses = 0 . Very disappointed 😞

Bought a cotton shit in good faith - 100% polyester shit of very poor quality turned up. Complained and offered 20% refund. Total scam company, worst of growing trend in Chinese companies doing this and allowed to advertise on Facebook.

Scam scam scam two weeks no sign of the order or it being dispatched tried to cancel my order but they say it’s to late even though it’s not been dispatched I have reported them to my cc company who are looking into this but reading the reviews looks like I’m not the first to be scammed

Oh how i wish i checked the reviews before ordering. Bought something for my dads birthday took one month to arrive. Wanted to return as size was too big and material was cheap quality. It took them DAYS to reply to my emails all to say they will give me 20% of my refund OR i have to send all the way back to china which is going to cost more than the actual product!! They are not giving my money back!

Caught out by well presented website and didn’t check the awful reviews.

Avoid or you will lose your hard earned money!

Took my payment, provided false shipping/tracking info and no sign of the goods.

Applied to Paypal for refund.

Ordered 3 items . All LARGE.
1 came back as LARGE . The other 2 came back XXL.
Contacted them and they said I have to send them to china . The cost is more than I paid…..

They can’t see it is no fault of mine . They got the order wrong . Offered various percentage for me to keep huge sweaters.
STAY AWAY . GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH

I strongly advise against ordering from this website. I purchased a jumper, and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the one I had ordered. The quality and design were completely different from what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused to reimburse me unless I paid for international shipping. The cost of the shipping was nearly the same as the price of the jumper, making the return process unreasonable and impractical. This left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—do not order from this site.

Website looked classy and good quality. When arrived no labels cheap material absolutely awful. Well and truly done over! Avoid at all costs.

Please do not order from this website, they are a scam, received order the quality is poor, the clothing smells, you will wait forever for order to come from China, avoid at all cost, you will be charged to return items (to which I’m not going to risk spending more money and loosing out)

I am sorry that I made a purchase from this scam company. I should have read the comments before purchasing, thought it was a UK company, but reading the reviews it’s obviously not, based in China 😡. Why do Facebook have these companies use their site to scam people, should do more to stop this kind of scammers. I haven’t received my parcel yet, but not looking forward to it, after seeing all the comments 😡😡😡😡😡

They are a China based Company although making you believe they are London based.
I ordered a timeless classic cotton shirt and what arrived was a 100 pc Polyester shirt you would not use to paint the house in !!
Returns policy is pay to return it to an address in China or take 20 pc refund and keep it !!!!!

Total shit. Avoid. You purchase something which says it will be with you in 4-5 days Royal mail. Turns out it's in China. No tracking information. Just a picture of an aeroplane. Facebook need to do more about these scam companies.

Lousy service from time of ordering to a month later when the product has yet to be delivered. I tried canceling order immediately after placing it due to an error. I received a message saying they couldn't cancel the order but I could return the product when it was delivered in 2-3 business days. A month later, I still don't have the product!

Long wait for the product. When it finally arrived the quality was shocking.
No return labels or information on how to claim a refund.
