Joseph from the Cardiff office was recommended by my neighbour who was very impressed by him when having their wills and LPA's drawn up. I telephoned him to arrange an appointment and was immediately impressed by his availability, punctuality and professional manner. I was drawing up a new will and new LPA and we also discussed putting my house into a trust which I was confident to go ahead with after he explained in a legal language I could understand .
