West Louis Anmeldelser

El producto es de excelente calidad, el transporte muy eficiente

Was pleased with the way coat looked like the it looked online thanks

Liking the feature s of the vest...bet the quality of construction could be better.

Cap was fabulous, but it took longer than expected to deliver.

The sandals we purchased are extremely comfortable and are holding up well. We purchased 2 more pair while they are on sale.

It took me three months to find these cargo shorts after I saw someone wearing them at a festival and they are totally awesome.

Product quality, fast delivery, good prices.

Very efficient with delivery & a great product - my partner loves it !

This is my third email asking me to rate you. You gave me the wrong style pants, the wrong size pants, and have told me I can't return it or exchange it, so I give you the lowest of low ratings.

The thing I didn't like was them not getting back to you when you email them.but the two jackets I got from them are very nice

This company was very helpful. I had some issues with the tracking but customer service was amazing and helped me out.

They are literally avoiding my return request. I've emailed them three times now in like a week. Won't respond, they will probably respond after the window to return/exchange ends.

Good quality clothing but the shirt that I purchased is not true to size. I ordered a size 2X, this shirt actually equated to what I would call a size large in America. Made in China so maybe clothing is made a little smaller. The return process is a hassle. You cannot return after a ridiculous 7 days. Ofcourse you'll be responsible for shipping. I won't recommend sorry, unless to a smaller sized friend.

Cheap quality and poor design, rip-off of the picture on their website. No response from the seller after 2 attempts re: I want a refund and I'm happy to post it back. What a pain!

Got the product, it wasnt bad, but too small, returned it (paid for tracked shipping back to China $$$) and then still have not gotten my money returned from them - have emailed them so much and have received zero response despite getting emails prior to this point about returning the item. A scam if you ask me.

I bought two trench coats which came with missing parts(belts from sleeves) quality was also horribly finished. The moment I received the items, I sent an email to the company and I never ever heard from them. I had to contact PayPal to step up to resolve this horrible situation yet still West Louis didn’t even contacted on this matter. On top of it I had to pay 85$ to ship items back to Portugal, because they didn’t have the ethics to send a return label to make up for the inconvenience and horrible experience already in place. No buyer deserves to received damage goods from sellers on purpose and then hide behind computer and make seller ship garments back and tell seller “if I you want to receive a refund, you just send garments @ur own expense” that’s what they said thru a PayPal communication which I couldn’t even reply to it.
I would not recommend this sellers nor their products to anyone with their shady businesses practices. Horrible communication and no ethics. And PayPal didn’t even help me either to ship the items back by paying for it knowing it’s not my fault I received damage goods, didn’t back me up either! So much for Buyers Protection deception!

I bought two pairs of jeans the delivery was quick and the quality of the jeans are really good.

Extremely poor shipping and service

Delivery was fast compared to other web sites like this one… Love how they used my measurements to make this jacket. Please note: Piping design is only on the front of the jacket, not the back. Recommend you iron the jacket on your first wear to remove delivery wrinkles… Excellent value tho for the price.
