I placed an order (Order #11352) for 10 packs of Harvey Block Salt on August 22, and their confirmation stated delivery within 7 working days. Today is August 28, and there has been absolutely no update on the delivery status or any communication from the company whatsoever. While they mention that out-for-delivery emails are only sent on the actual delivery day, leaving customers completely in the dark with zero tracking or predictability is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and customer support is extremely disappointing. Strongly do not recommend!

Really happy with West London Water Softeners. The online payment process was quick and straightforward, and delivery was swift with no delays. The delivery person was excellent — friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.

My order of mini curve salt was delivered within 7 days as promised…. I could not find the salt cheaper anywhere. The driver was very polite and went out of his way to help me take the salts to the back of my garden storage…forgot to take his name.i cannot recommend this company enough.
Will definitely be using them agn.
