I recently ordered soap brows, brow pen and the prep mist. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service. The soap is absolutely the best in the market. It holds my brows for the whole day. I’m also very happy with the brow pen. It gives my brow a very full natural look. I don’t think I can live without these amazing products. Also delivery process was very smooth, quick and very organized. I strongly recommend Westbarnco. Great company, great service and hands down the best products in the market 👌👌👌

Attention aux achateurs hors Royaume Uni, j'ai du payer des frais de douanes supplémentaires à cause du brexit.
Sinon pour parler des produits je suis assez déçue du feutre pour les sourcils. J'avais hésité à acheter le crayon et j'aurais mieux fait de le prendre. Je pensais qu'il serait facile d'utiliser le feutre, ce qui n'est pas le cas. J'ai du m'entraîner encore et encore pour arriver à un résultat plus ou moins convenable. Le trait est trop épais et il faut vraiment y aller avec le bout de la pointe et tout en légèreté pour obtenir des traits délicats. Mais même avec ça je suis encore assez déçue. La couleur ne convient pas non plus, j'ai pensé avoir choisi la bonne pour mes sourcils en fonction des photos sur le site, mais finalement la couleur est vraiment trop foncée (j'ai les cheveux châtains foncés avec des sourcils légèrement plus clairs et j'ai pris la couleur brew - si je me souviens bien).
Le savon à sourcils n'est pas trop mal mais ne fixe pas assez bien mes sourcils. Ça ne tient pas plus de 2 heures environ avant de devoir faire une retouche.

This was my second purchase from this company. This time I went for the brow pen.. this is an amazing product, with great pigmentation and nice feathery strokes!! I went for brew which at first looked darker than my natural hair (I’m a brunette) however when I applied it, after having used the WBCo brow wax, the result was BEYOND ANY IMAGINATION! The pen is so handy and easy to use, and it can’t be compared to anything similar I have used so far. I would most definitely recommend this pen and this brand all together r! Customer service is a plus, so friendly and yet professionals, eager to help, like really really genuinely help their customers!!
Can’t wait to try more of their products in the future! I’m glad they are growing and they offer us more products every year!

After 3 weeks NOTHING.

Quickly becoming new fav brand. Packaging is amazing and the products are even better.

I love the Brow Powder and brush i purchased. It is very good quality and the colour is perfect as ive been looking for a lighter brow colour for 12 months and have been unable to find what I've been looking for. Arrived swiftly and packaged really well too.

Soap brows is my new favourite product for my boy brows, I love it so much along with the watermelon spray which smells so good. I wouldn’t use anything else now! My go to for perfect brows

The worst website I have been ordered from I don’t get my order there is no contact or location to the company choice to deliver, also the customer service say that sense it’s out of office it’s not there responsibility

Made an oder on Sep 19th, today is 30th and I still haven’t heard anything. There is no way to track my order and I don’t know when I am receiving it

This is taking forever !!!
Repeated complaints were useless.
My shipment returned , then re-shipped again, and yest I haven't received it. The staff are not cooperative and I have no clue what is this delay about. I'm tired of waiting and wasting my time in communicating with customer service

Does not stick the brows well, makes white cast

I love the brow brush and soap product but unfortunately the pump for my spray mist does not work. It seems to be a mistake of course but unfortunately it means I can't use the spray, I need to open it and drop the mist on the product.
I would really appreciate it if someone could get in contact with me regarding maybe a new pump?

Their professionalism is profound and so remarkable. They are so friendly yet so helpful and professionals that I can’t stress it even with words. One must definitely try out their amazing product quality but also their customer services: prompt replies, immediate solutions to any kind of problem/glitch regarding placing an order etc
