At first wanted to cancel monthly coverage, since February had not found a doctor accepting coverage. So, I called WeShare and discussed issue with NaTausha Jefferson. She continued to spend the time while on the phone with me to find me a medical office and even called them to confirm everything and provided my plan info to the financial office. I was so impressed with NaTausha and her professionalism, kindness and being so helpful. She took care of my problem and frustration. Thank you so much NaTausha

Really good experience with Jesse accepting my call at WeShare. He got me results and answers very quickly and courteous and polite throughout. We have had WeShare Health for a couple of years. Those 2 years were not consecutive and I regret my decision to switch last year. That is why we are back this year. Every conversations I've had with the staff they have always been kind and helpful. They do not rush or push you into anything. They make sure your questions are answered. If you use the options that come with this program, it is worth even more!!

Natausha was great! She took the lead to take care of the issue I had with my provider and resolved it quickly.

I had several issues that needed to be resolved and Monica was able to review and resolve every issue on the phone with me and took care of everything so I didn’t need to do any further follow up or make any more additional calls. She was so professional and friendly.

Great patience and assistance. Was able to clarify with doctor's office communication that I could not.

I had been frustrated with the call in method to member services. Received a call this morning from Tiffany in response to my email request to have questions answered and modifications to my plan. Tiffany was very helpful and patient in listening to my requests and clarifying with me that I understood. Tiffany emailed additional information that will be helpful for connecting my provider with the outreach team for coverage concerns.

Sheila was wonderful to work with over the phone - she was patient and helpful as she navigated answering many different questions for me. Great customer service!

Don Shields went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I had several in regards to myself, as well as other family members, and Don was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable to make sure he answered them all, and I understood the correct steps to get everything taken care of!

Monica D. Was wonderful!!! She was very patient, she stayed on the call helping my with 3 situations I was dealing with. She called each one, sharing the outcome each time. She followed up the next morning on additional details. She was so kind, helpful and understanding.

Robyn has been very helpful! She called my provider on my behalf and advocated for my billed amount. Still working out details, but she has been very thorough. Very knowledgeable on all my questions!
