I joined WeShare a few months ago. Luckily I haven't needed to utilize any of the benefits, but I've worked with Alex a couple of times as my client coordinator to get help with finding providers and other aspects of the service. Alex has been very responsive and helpful each time.

WeShare has been great to deal with during the initial research and throught he onboarding process. I interviewed several different medical insurance options and plans and found WeShare to communicate clearly, provide resources for me to understand the program and what is and is not included so I coudl make an informed choice. I appreciate the Christian based values as well.

Alex Chavez was very helpful in explaining some shortcomings to the website and assisted me in correcting our records. I would have made it 5 stars but your website does not allow me to alter my grandson’s account. As a minor he cannot have access.

The surgery center that I will be using told me that I had to pay the Medicare deductible in cash the day of the surgery. I explained that I had coverage with We Share. Fortunately Seth had called me earlier in the day to tell me that they will be paying the surgical center and there would not be an issue and that if there were any questions they should call him. At my insistence they finally did a three-way call. Seth was amazing. He was calm and assured and was willing to stay on the line while a supervisor was called to join us. After he explained the procedure to her she acknowledged that they would be able to do that and that I could have my surgery as scheduled. I am beyond pleased with the calm pleasant way that Seth dealt with some rather agitated ladies on the other end. I am confident that if I have any issues in the future I can pick up the phone and Seth will be there to help me. Thank you we share for hiring such amazing personnel.

I had a wonderful call with Alex Chavez. He answered all my questions kindly and with care. I felt well taken care of!

First and foremost, my problem was solved by the end of the conversation. What was done well? Rather than waiting on hold, I left my call back number, taking a chance, because I Never do this, but I was called back within one minute. Sara listened to my problem, which was a bill that was out of the ordinary and I was getting no help from the provider organization; Sara, with my permission, placed me on hold while she called the billing entity and got the whole problem solved where the entity would submit the bill to UHSM and not to me. The is all occurred within 5 minutes. She went above and beyond by most of the industry standards. Never do you find someone that will take care of you right on the spot. Very much appreciate her and am so satisfied.

When I lost my job I also lost my insurance. Cobra was extremely expensive. I needed an alternative to insurance because it was so expensive. My research led me to UHSM. What an absolute great choice it was. From signing up through total hip replacement. Everyone has been so helpful. I would and have recommended it to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much UHSM.
