Movenship Anmeldelser

I recently hired Movenship for my move, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. The booking was easy, and their customer service team was friendly and responsive, answering all my questions promptly

I don’t normally write reviews but, we had a very good experience using this company. They were reasonable, had an on time delivery and nothing was broken! What more can you ask for. Hope to never move again but, if I do, I’ll be calling these guys.

Easy process from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend more!

I recently used movenship to help coordinate my move, and overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience. They connected me with a reputable moving company and handled much of the upfront logistics, which saved me time and reduced the stress of finding a mover on my own.

The booking process was straightforward, and the representative I worked with was responsive and explained the pricing clearly. They provided a reasonable estimate, and the moving company they selected showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. Everything went as planned, and I appreciated the broker’s role in organizing the process.

I would highly recommend movenship to anyone looking to move.

Fantastic, trustworthy company… super easy to work with.

Lloyd helped with my move to Tennessee from New York. It was EXTREMELY last minute but he somehow pulled it off, flawlessly. He really broke down how the whole process worked so there was no surprises. I have recommended my best friend to Movenship for her move and will continue to recommend anyone with an interstate move

Horrible experience from the broker side. John W told me my stuff would be there the next day, as usual with movers. This was not the case at all. I had to beg the moving company to bring my stuff earlier since we packed all of our stuff expecting it to be there the next day. I trusted John with the rate that he provided and it ended up doubling. Tried calling him as the movers showed up telling us other stuff and of course no answer. Was also Lied about being able to pay with a credit card. Something so simple that I was prepared to do was a lie as well. Do not use this company. It’ll make your move 20x stressful.

John W was a God send! I admit I'm a lot to deal with as a customer but John answered every one of my calls and helped me feel safe and secure throughout the whole process. The movers are professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

Complete professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend! Movenship is the company for you!

Yes yes yes! These guys rocked my socks. Wasn’t sure if my inventory was 100% but turned out I was able to adjust it at any point. Fail SAFE! I was very weary about moving companies and they really exceed edmy expectations and gave me such peace of mind.

When you get there, buy new things. Driving your own UHaul is the only way to avoid scams. Sadly, all of these moving companies play the cash scam game. MoveNShip says "the headboard is included with the mattress," only to find out after doing a visual walkthrough that you have 500 square feet more. Additionally, MoveNShip doesn't send you the Bill of Latting until the day of the move, so you don't know who is moving your stuff. Request one ahead of time and make sure your deposit has a 3-day cancellation period. A 26 foot box truck arrived, and I spoke with a person named Deb after the walkthrough who told me it would cost another $4,500 and that the payment had to be made via Zelle or Cash App. The movers packed everything carefully. Deb told me they just loaded up in Florida on Thursday. As a result, this company does not even start the next day. It takes at least three days to get started. I called the day before and told them there would be two stops. Ours and another across the complex. She got confrontational and said, "Well, I wasn't advised about anything." I apologize Deb, I guess you didn't get the original contract. Your broker also scams you for more money by not telling you your stuff is loaded on a 55 foot semi truck. What does this mean? They will show up at your apartment complex and tell you that they cannot enter. It cost us an additional $1,250 and $100 for the shuttle service. Additionally, the guy wanted cash for the two local movers. I drew a line. In Deb's words, "US Post Office Money Orders are accepted, so I'll use those." It took two hours to finish, and the payment was accepted. We went from the original quote with two stops at $5400 to now $11,236. Take their quote and double it at the very least. Buying new will save you a lot of stress.

I moved from Miami to SoCal with Movenship. They gave us excellent service! I figured there would be some upcharges when they came to load up my house but only payment was what was agreed to when I originally signed on with them. Great crew also! THANK YOU MOVENSHIP!

When I contracted Move n Ship I expected there to be a lot more stress involved. They made this move as smooth as it could go. From first arrival to when they unloaded, it went pretty seamlessly. I can’t recommend them more. Hermosa beach to Seattle was a breeze.
