Bad Management
Most of the time School kids was doing training and don't have skills to train and managed young kids.
Even I did not receive My Son Kit and they said they will provide next week. But no one turned up from management.
Also there is catch of Direct Debit. We don't want to attend Training for next term but Amount deducted $475 and when I contact them they said we can't do refund.

Thank you for sharing your feedback – we're sorry to hear you’ve had a disappointing experience.
We’d like to clarify a few points and offer to speak with you directly to resolve things where possible.
Regarding the Direct Debit, we completely understand how frustrating it can feel when a payment goes through unexpectedly. We do send several reminders in the lead-up to renewals, and we clearly state during sign-up and in renewal communications that cancellations can be made at any time before the payment is taken. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we’re unable to offer refunds as we’ve already allocated coaches, secured facilities, and prepared equipment in advance. Spaces are limited, and by confirming a spot, we often have to turn away other children - which is why our policy is in place. That said, we’re always open to discussing individual cases to find a fair outcome.
With regard to the kit, it was ready and waiting at your son’s final session, but unfortunately it wasn’t collected. We’re happy to arrange getting this to you now.
And on the coaching - all of our sessions are led by WMF Qualified coaches who receive ongoing training to maintain a high standard. We take real pride in the quality of our programme, so we’re sorry if this wasn’t your impression and we’d welcome the chance to understand what happened in more detail.

Excellent club with dedicated staff.
We are really proud of being part of the marvelous WMF club Worthing.The team is brilliant and very engaging. The weekly session driven by effective coaches have made a witnessed difference on our son's skills.
Most importantly the holiday football camp is an excellent initiative.The kids taking part are having not only great time but make the most of it due the extend of time taking to master their skill further. Moreover, the coaches have also the time to pass their knowledge on and emphasize on each kid's inner trends in a more efficient manner.
In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to coaches Sam and Jack for their excellence in delivering meaningful and constructive tips helping our son to improve further.Keep up the great job guys.

Coaches are amazing
My son joined We Make Footballers at four years old. I was a bit worried as he’s quite a shy boy, but as soon as he got there the coaches were so friendly and got him involved straight away. It’s great to see him learning to play football but also having so much fun and making new friends. I took my daughter to watch him and she has now decided she wants to join as well. It’s
nice to see them going to training and then coming home to practice drills or skills they have just learnt.

We really appreciate your suggestions around payment reminders and weekly feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve communication, and your ideas are genuinely helpful.
Totally agree on the importance of payment reminders - we do currently send one a week before any renewals are taken, but appreciate more can be done. We’re also exploring additional options such as SMS and in-app prompts to make things even clearer.
As for feedback, our current model is designed to maximise playing time with high-energy, high-quality coaching at a price point that keeps sessions accessible to as many children as possible. Providing consistent, individualised feedback at scale is a challenge without increasing costs - but we absolutely agree it’s important. We're actively working on ways to offer more feedback in a practical and meaningful way.

Jackson is really enjoying his…
Jackson is really enjoying his sessions, I have been a coach for 25 years and I love the way it’s structured to develop the individual. Jackson’s other group he does is very chaotic and he gets limited time with the ball at his feet. He loves to learn and with you he gets that opportunity.

Holiday camp recommendation
My son attends regular classes each week which has boosted his confidence and helped with his sleeping pattern too.
All the coaches are fantastic with the kids and have lots of patience, I feel at ease knowing that my son is having fun and learning new skills.
My son has also attended regular holiday football camps ran by “we make footballers” which have been a huge help to me as a working mum during the holidays.
These camps are extremely well organised, informative, flexible drop offs and fun filled. My son always feels a great sense of achievement at the end of the week and the reward of a medal and certificate is an added extra.
Would highly recommend to any parent looking for a holiday camp for their child.

Aberdeen Easter Camp
My child attended the Easter Camp in Aberdeen. The coaches were excellent and football was played in both a fun and competitive environment. Very well managed by an experienced player/coach and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for football sessions or camps. Will definitely be back!!

This was my son’s first experience with…
This was my son’s first experience with We Make Footballers ABERDEEN, attending the Easter Camp this week — and he absolutely loved it! Each day, he came home excited to share what he’d learned and always had something positive to say. He really connected with the coaches, and it was clear to see how much he developed his skills throughout the week. He especially enjoyed the matches as well as playing Foot Golf.
A big thank you to David and all the coaches for creating such a fun and encouraging environment. The two-hour round trip each day was more than worth it, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book another camp in the future!

Funflair festival
We attended the funflair festivals in Southampton and cobham. Our 5 year old son had the best time both days with the coaches all creating fantastic energy and support throughout both days.

We make footballers (ABERDEEN) are absolutely outstanding my son has been going to classes for a while now and he absolutely loves it. He’s came on leaps and bounds with his football. All coaches are amazing with the kids and always make them feel welcome.
