complete waste of time, effort, and money
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation has honestly become ridiculous.
I placed a preorder for Riftbound: Spiritforged at a price significantly above market value at least 2–3 months before the product was even released, expecting that paying a premium and ordering early would guarantee proper service and availability.
After the release, there was delay after delay with absolutely no proactive communication or updates from the store. Only after repeatedly reaching out myself over several weeks did I finally receive a response saying they had not received enough stock and were waiting for a second wave allocation.
I explained that if the delay became excessive, I would at least appreciate being informed transparently. No real clarification or follow-up was ever provided.
A month later — after more emails in March and April — I kept receiving the exact same generic response that they were “still waiting for updates.” At one point, they even confused my preorder with a completely different product (Riftbound: Origins instead of Spiritforged), which honestly destroyed any confidence I still had in the process.
We eventually agreed that I would wait until May, meaning over three months after the official release date of the product. Yet there was still no concrete information, no timeline, and no proper customer support.
I sent another email more than a week ago and never received any reply. Their phone number also appears not to work.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time, effort, and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store if you expect reliable communication or professional handling of preorders.
