My package did not arrive. The tracking number supplied was not recognised by Post office tracking site. I reported the issue to this company 3 weeks ago and as yet have had no response.

Was told delivery would be 2-3 days 7 days later and told delivery company they use don't have a tracking facility. Really in this day and age, everyone tracks everything

First time ordering from this website. Ordered two products. They were shipped quickly and they arrived in perfect condition. Would purchase from again.

Overall Good
The product (2 bottles of liquid vitamin B12) came quickly and the flavour of the vitamin B12 drops is lovely.
Only been taking it a couple of days so can’t say whether it’s working.
I would have given 5-stars but one of the teet pippets/dropper didn’t work; it wouldn’t hold the liquid in the dropper. Instead the liquid flowed straight back out again. I had to give the bottle with the good dropper to my neighbour and keep the broken one for myself. Thankfully I had a dropper from an empty liquid sweetener bottle that I was able to swap it with but there’s no ml measure on it so I have to estimate how much I’m taking. Overall good experience.

Good product and customer service. Wrong Item was delivered incorrectly twice, but it's an easy mistake to make.

Items not delivered to home address
Items not delivered to home address, dpd decided it would be a great idea to take them to the post office, which is open 8.30/5pm, as I go to work at 7am and don’t get back until 6pm I will never be able to collect them, so back they will go and no doubt I will have to fight for a refund.
