Keine Ware, keine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags
Ich habe am 21.07.20 einen Couchtisch und das passende TV-Board bestellt und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nachdem der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten wurde fragte ich am 13.08.20 per Mail nach, wann ich die Ware erhalte. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass ein Teil der Lieferung nicht auf Lager ist, aber ich mir ein alternatives Produkt aussuchen kann. Dies verneinte ich. Am 14.08.20 wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich eine Rückerstattung innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf mein ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel (Kreditkarte) erhalte.
Die Erstattung habe ich bis heute (02.10.20), trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung, nicht erhalten.
Ich habe anfangs noch Rückmeldung erhalten, dass die Zahlung getätigt wird. Mittlerweile habe ich gesagt dass ich einen Anwalt einschalten werde und bekomme keine Antwort mehr.
Die Seite ist mittlerweile nicht mehr erreichbar, sondern man wird auf den webshop "konstilo" weitergeleitet.
Es sieht stark danach aus, dass es sich um einen Fake Online Shop handelt

I ordered a table from the French version of this company on 23rd August in good faith, which they assured me that it would be delivered no later than 31st August 2020. Over 2 weeks after 31st August, they said that it had not even been shipped from their warehouse. With no sign of getting my table, I requested a refund on 15th September. They acknowledged this and said that they would refund me in a maximum of 14 days. Currently it is now 15 days after this and they have still not refunded me. If this is not resolved, I will be contacting the France Consumer Enforcement and Government Bodies via the DGCCR to investigate this company.
Attention, arnaque !
Attention ! Ne pas espérer de remboursement en cas de problème. L'armoire commandée est arrivée avec un mois de retard, cassée. Refus de la livraison, beaucoup de mails de plainte et de demandes de remboursement, mais rien reçu depuis 2 mois 1/2. Et entre temps, l'entreprise a changé de nom pour Konstilo. Et quel recours pour une boîte basée en Espagne qui n'indique même pas de numéro de téléphone ? Sûrement aucun. Totale arnaque !

Ho ordinato a luglio 2020 una scrivania, dopo avermi detto che non era più disponibile e consigliato l'acquisto di prodotti più costosi, ho chiesto il rimborso. Siamo al 30 settembre ed ancora nulla, continuano a scrivermi che hanno avuto dei problemi tecnici nel settore finanziario e stanno procedendo ai rimborsi in ordine cronologico....il mio rimborso era poco più di 53€.

Experiencia nefasta. Pedí una silla gaming el 4 de agosto de 156 euros que pague con tarjeta, tenia q recibirla el 12 de agosto. El 14 de agosto viendo que no la recibía les envié un correo, me contestaron q su distribuidor tenia retrasos con el producto. A la semana volví a preguntar me contestaron que ese modelo no lo tenían q podía elegir otro o cancelar el pedido y me devolvían el dinero. A partir de aquí más de 20 correos reclamando el dinero y ellos primero que por un problema informático se estaba retrasando , luego que si un error en departamento financiero y todo que en breve lo recibiría pero nada.
Hasta q encontré esta página y uno de los comentarios daba el teléfono 930155371 para reclamar, cuando atienden dicen que son jardineti o algo así les pregunté si pertenecían a wellindal y me dijeron que eran del mismo grupo y ellos solo podían encargarse de las devoluciones les dije que era eso lo que necesitaba hablé con un chico que se llama Iván Pérez, me dijo que en 3 días lo recibiría pero nada. He llamado a mi banco y a través de su departamento de control de fraudes he recuperado el dinero. No volveré a comprar en ninguna página sin leer antes opiniones de usuarios

Ordered in July. Item tracked as delivered but had not arrived. Chased via email to be told they were having issues with their suppliers and I would have the item when it came into stock. Replies very vague.
No communication from them unless I chased. When I went to track my order today, the link was broken. When I Google Wellindal- led to Konstilo.co.uk Have got refund from credit card company.

Absolutely disappointed with this company. My daughter ordered and paid for a shoes wardrobe back in July. We cannot contact the company email keeps coming back with no contact of email address. 145 euros left with nothing very very angry. Can someone please let me know where I can get in contact with this company???

Just as all of the reviews before me, I had a terrible experience with Wellindal.
- Ordered a desk in the beginning of July.
- When it came close to the expected delivery date, there was no update on dispatching so I contacted them to enquire about what was happening. And that's when it all started... "There is a delay in the warehouse" (let's not forget that the website mentioned a "high availability" of the desk, which is why I chose it!).
- Order was cancelled, and customer service said I would receive the refund within 14 days.
- No refund was issued.
- Contacted customer service several times with the same answer: "We apologise for the inconvenience. There is a delay with our financial system. Refund will now be issued."
- Come beginning of September (2 months later), I followed the advice of other trustpilot reviews and contacted the CEO of Wellindal's parent company on Linkedin: Jordi Marrón, CEO of Jardinitis. I was polite in explaining the situation, and Jordi said he would help.
- Unlike what other reviews said, I had to contact Jordi 3/4 times before the situation was actually resolved. He forwarded on my messages to his administration department. It also took a few emails to them before they issued my refund (I had to send them my bank details).
- They finally sent me confirmation of the transfer yesterday, and this morning I received it!
All in all, such a troublesome and stressful situation, which I wish upon no one else.
I cannot substantiate this, but it also looks to me like their customer service is bot-based, because their replies seem to pick on keywords, and are always the same.
Plus Wellindal have now changed their name to Konstilo!
Bottomline:
Contact Jordi Marrón over LinkedIn. Be courteous, but be persistent, contact him multiple times if you have to.
No product and constant lies about refunds
Just awful. I ordered a desk that never arrived. I contacted them for a refund but they never issued the refund. I contacted them again and was told I was not refunded due to an error. I still did not get my money back. I contacted the owners via social media to tell them about the problem. I still do not have my money back. I guess they are trading insolvently and just do not have the money to refund

Terrible delivery and customer service. I ordered a table 2 month ago and I'm still waiting for it. I have to send them a follow-up email every 2 weeks, otherwise they don't event contact me to notify that my order is being delayed.

yep. Another scammed by this ghost company. Item never arrived and I keep receiving same apologetic emails. Canceled order and requested refund but they just laughing. In process of chargeback with my bank.

Edit: Got my money back through my bank chargeback. Those thieves still trying to defend it knowing that they never sent an item and haven't returned money. Reported to Action Fraud and FTC
