Je constate que plusieurs personnes ont eu la même expérience. J'ai commandé le 30 juin 2019, et ai eu un mail de retour disant que le produit n'était pas disponible dans les limites qu'ils avaient indiqué. J'ai demandé l'annulation de la commande et ai reçu un mail m'indiquant que je serrais remboursée dans 15 jours. Depuis, il m'a encore été indiqué que le remboursement interviendra sous peu et voila presque 2 ans plus tard, je n'ai rien reçu et ils ont transformé leur site en KOSTILO.

Never received the refund and cannot reach anyone
I have made a purchase from Wellindal/ Konstilo in July 2020, the furniture I had ordered was never delivered and I asked for a refund. They kept saying that my refund was going to be sent and I still haven't received anything and the Customer Service is unresponsive.
Can someone help me to get the refund of the chair I had never acquired? I will never purchase without checking the reviews first.
They have cheated me out of £118.62…
They have cheated me out of £118.62 last July for a store cupboard. Numerous messages and promises for 8 months. Scanned and.have lost this money. Never order anything from them. So many innocent people have lost their money.

My purchase was made 10 months ago, product arrived after 2 months - smashed to pieces. I didnt accept delivery and DPD returned it. Been chasing a refund ever since. I took the advice from someone who wrote a review suggested to contact someone senior at wellindal via linked in. I connected with him - politley share the issue. On the same day someone contacted me asking for my IBAN details, apologising and saying a refund would come through. 3 weeks later, no refund - chased via linked in again and a transfer was made the same day and now i have my refund. I thanked him and pointed him to the direction of Trust pilot so that he could perhaps deal with everyone. Anyway - frustrating but it worked in the end. Be polite as sometimes ppl at the top don't know what goes on and he resolved the issue swiftly based.

Nous avions commandé un bureau pour notre fils. La livraison en ayant été retardée par le contexte sanitaire et SANS réponse de Wellindal à nos mails, nous avons décidé de faire cet achat sur un autre site plus fiable (il y avait un peu urgence) avec l'idée de refuser la livraison si toutefois elle se faisait un jour. Le jour dit est arrivé (un mois de retard quand même !), nous avons refusé le colis et depuis... plus rien !!! Au prétexte que le produit n'est pas revenu à leur entrepôt, Wellindal ne rembourse pas ! Nous étions donc, au mieux, responsable des carences de LEUR transporteur. Mon dernier mail est resté sans réponse. Une honte !

Hey guys, in your bank, fill the Dispute Resolution form within 2 months to dispute their charges. it is being more than 6 months now, they dont reply to my emails and they never delivered the desk I have bought.

A Bunch of Crooks
As with others the one star is only because this the absolute minimum that can be awarded. In late 2019 I ordered and paid for a table for £160, without having looked for reviews of the company. A couple of weeks later they said the item was out of stock. I opted for the refund and have basically heard nothing since. I've chased them up now and again and while initially I'd get a 'we'll pass it to our accounts people to arrange the refund ASAP' (but no refund) eventually I got no response apart from an automated 'how do you rate our service' e-mail, often in Spanish. I don't think they really want to know how I rate their service as it's non existent as they're a bunch of fraudsters. If it was in the UK I'd travel there and 'have a word' but if I'm ever in Denmark again.....
I'm planning to report them to the Danish authorities but I doubt that'll do any good. Big lesson learned.

So you've ordered from Wellindal, your goods did not arrive and you have no refund, here is what you do.
Wellindal is owned now by Jardinitis, and is part of the Nodes Ecom Group SL The managing director is Jordi Marron, you will find him on Linkedin. If not already a member of Linkedin, join it, then send a request to Jordi Marron to join your network, I did and he accepted, you must do this in order to message him. Then you send him a message stating your case and very important you Wellindal order number, asking him to help with your refund, be polite and curtious, don't slag him off. He replied to me within 5 hours, the next day I got an email from Nodes Ecom stating they had sent a refund to the card I had used for my order, 3 days later the money was in my account. Please try this and let me know if it works.

J'ai réalisé une commande en juillet, commande que j'ai annulée dans les 24h. Après de nombreux mails car pas de réponse au tel, on me répond que ma demande va être prise en compte, mais 7 mois après toujours aucun remboursement!!!

This site is a rip off. I ordered a kitchen press and it never came. They then proceeded to put Me on to some customer care for refund. No refund came.
