I ordered on 22 November, got an email a few weeks later asking fir a photo, even though I sent one, sent again, got another email asking which photo I want to use, ask about my package, this person, Alex, said I’d get a week before Christmas, didn’t get another email back since than, I sent a few emails. Now the website is gone and I still don’t have my necklace. Total rip off.

0 stars the most disgusting customer service ever for one. Placed an order before Christmas didn't arrive gave them the benefit of the doubt with covid etc. 4 days after Christmas emailed someone called Alex emailed back and said don't worry you will have your order before Christmas. Then no response from them and no refund nothing. I want to know what happened to my photo. No one ever buy from these ever.

I made an order on 3rd December 2020 for my Mum's Birthday present.... I am still waiting for the necklace and their website now appears to have disappeared!

Ordered on the 3rd December guarantee xmas delivery and nothing has arrived yet! No further emails has been responded to! Very disappointed with the service i wouldnt recommend ordering from these!

The didn't deliver, was ripped off

Orderd one of their photo necklaces for my girlfriend as a Xmas present on Nov 24th with guaranteed Xmas delivery. I thought the website was a scam as I'd had no email or text about my order then all of a sudden the necklace gets delivered on 8th January. Don't get me wrong my girlfriend's happy with the necklace and the photo init, but taking over a month to be delivered is a joke specially seeing as the website guaranteed delivery before Xmas. As I said necklace is great but the service is the worst I've ever seen honestly. Anyone thinking about ordering I'd say go for it if your happy to wait up to to month for it to be delivered.

Ordered on Dec 2nd. Guranteed xmas delivery. Week before xmas, emailed them, acutally got a reply but after looking on here it was a generic reply. Then nothing. No more replies to further emails. After further investigation phone number didnt exist. Reported company to my bank suspecting fraud. Had to cancel my card xmas week incase they attempted to use details. Then today , 8th jan, necklace arrived on my doorstep. Its nice that has a photo in it but the pendant is cheap gold plastic. Definitely not worth the money or hassle we gave gone through. But happy we have it as was a gift for my sister from her husband and had a photo of her late best friend and her in it.

Waited ages but it arrived today and it is beautiful! I saw their website had disappeared, checked review sites (there was nothing before I ordered) and was sure I’d got scammed and was ready to contact the bank. I ordered on 1st December and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas so that wasn’t good service but it was so worth it. My mum loves it

Ordered necklace 18th december got the same message from alex guarantee before Christmas, still not arrive blank all emails, contact bank ASAP, SCAM, FRAUD

Mine actually arrived today... I thought I'd been scammed after reading all the reviews and the website being gone.. its taken 7 weeks and I've sent endless emails with no reply. But its here and it's beautiful 😍 the chain is a little cheap but at that price what do you expect. The image is perfect

Ordered on the 1st of December customer service was really good at first but still haven’t received the product and no response form the company don’t waste your money

Don’t buy I got scammed this whole thing it’s a scam I have literally message them so many time they answered me but still don’t have my necklace that I brought they said they will give on about 5-10 days before Christmas and I still don’t have it and it’s 2021....DON’T BUY!!!!DON’T COME TO THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Thought I’d give it a go saw it loads on snap chat so thought it was real and now I know it isn’t website down. I’ll never do it again I hope they love all our hard earned money they have Scammed B******

I ordered a necklace for my grandma which never arrived fuming

Ordered in November received the necklace January 5th...no image inside it ridiculous... Website unavailable now... Waste of time and money especially when it was meant to be guaranteed before Christmas

Is this company a scam? I ordered a necklace on the 10th December and its still not arrived? All i read is bad reviews! I tried to call the number and its invalid. And i have emailed and not heard back?

Also ordered on 2nd of dec and got generic emails as well as on boxing day. Have reported to action fraud and claimed a chargeback from the bank.

Ordered November 29th, no necklace delivered. I saw the advert on Snapchat and assumed it must have been legit but clearly not. Same generic emails, even one sent Boxing Day with a shipping update to say it’s on its way but I doubt this is happening.
