I recently attended the Wellbeing for Mothers & Babies training online. I am an experienced Baby Massage instructor and felt that this course would compliment my current work. The course was well organised, the content was a good mix of practical and theory as well as being interactive. The instructors were very knowledgeable and supportive. I found the post training follow up 1-1 call very useful and a very nice touch. I'm looking forward to trialling my sessions soon in my community.

This 2 day course has been great to do and opened up to me the possibility of doing a follow on course for my baby massage mums.

Great training by Kate and Caroline and a lovely 5 week planned course to offer following on from Baby Massage. A fantastic opportunity to nurture mums to help them improve their own and their baby’s wellbeing and be the best mum they can be.

As a first time mum and to further my training, Kate and Caroline delivered such high quality training with background knowledge and the strokes to be delivered to baby.
The stomach and gentle movements helped my baby with discomfort.

I completed the well-being for mother’s and babies two day course virtually.
At first I was unsure about the course being virtual- how wrong I was - it was well organised and turned out to be an amazing two days!
There was lots of practical experiences along with the theory - time to discuss the content of the course and opportunity to pair up and work with the other students.
Our trainers presented well, they kept the course alive and exciting along with some fun and laughs - and the nurturing aspect which was received and welcomed.
I felt refreshed and nurtured at the end of the course and excited about getting out there in supporting new mums.
I know it will have a massive impact on new mums- reassuring and giving them confidence for the coming years.
