I purchased “Black seed oil” capsules and some multivitamins from this company. When I received the capsules I noticed they didnt have the usual appearance, smell or taste of Black seed oil. The sellers had sent me FISH OIL capsules labelled as Black seed oil. This could have been fatal for someone who is allergic to Fish oil, thankfully I am not. I emailed the sellers and sent them details of the batch number and expected them to issue a product recall on their website as there were complaints from at least two other customers who had the exact same issue. They have still not issued a product recall, extremely unprofessional and careless.

The authenticity of the product
The QR code on the bottle is not working and there's no way you can check on the batch code of the supplement you buy on the website. Therefore, there's no way of knowing if the product is authentic or not. I bought my 3rd bottle and it looks different from the previous ones, and I can't check if it's real or not.

Cold pressed black cumin seed oil
I bought black cumin oil softgels, but after opening them there was no black cumin smell. When I cut the softgels, I could smell fish oil. They are so deceiving.

Stopped taking them after side effects of nausea and diarrhoea. GPs dont recommend to use over 300mg of magnesium as this can cause long term side affects. Also read the raving reviews are fake!

Don’t trust this company
I’d like to give 0! They have lied to me, contradicted themselves and wasted my time. Don’t trust a word they say. I asked them to resolve this as it’s principle not the amount of money and I would waive the review but they ignored me.
I’ve been asked for more details so here is the e mail from weight world promising the discount, that they subsequently refused.

74 days and I have not received my…
74 days and I have not received my order of 2 bottles of Bisglycinate Magnesium. I've had excuses everytime I phone, promises that they were going out now, or were on the way. I've had lies from start to finish and Trustpilot keeps asking if I'm a genuine person. I've emails that seem difficult to respond to. It's a form. I am extremely disappointed with the supplements I ordered.
The magnesium product is of very poor quality. It uses one of the lowest forms of magnesium, with an absorption rate of less than 3%, meaning it has virtually no real effect on the body. Yet it is marketed and sold simply as “magnesium,” which is misleading.
The iodide product is also concerning. Iodide should not be taken without a doctor’s supervision, yet they sell it freely, and the instructions recommend taking one tablet daily — which can be harmful to health without proper medical advice.
Overall, these products are misleading and unsafe. I will never order from this company again. Very dissatisfied.

Placed an order for a vibration plate, received confirmation of despatch etc, a week later no deliver, contacted and they said it was lost in the post, sent another, same again, no deliver, they wanted to “ship” a third order but I refused and requested a refund, a lot of messages and finally they conceded, will wait to see if I get the refund in 3-5days, judging by their deliveries, I feel I might be back on again, a month after placing the order!!!

AVOID placing orders with WeightWorld
Order placed and confirmed with WeightWorld France on 24/12/2025.
Total amount paid, including delivery costs: €20.
WeightWorld France guarantees that the order will be shipped from France and delivered to an address in France.
Apparently, the product was not available in the warehouse in France and was imported from England. At the end of December, my credit card was charged €33, corresponding to the import costs from a country outside the euro zone.
WeightWorld France failed to notify me of this. It is unacceptable that the customer should have to bear such additional costs.
It is their responsibility to have the products in stock. My attempt to engage in reasonable discussion and obtain a refund of €33 was met with total obstinacy.
I suggest you AVOID WEIGHT WORLD at all costs, as they use indecent and unfair methods.
Fortunately, there is huge competition for such products.
