It would be ideal to be able to log on from a computer. The app is hard to follow. Your support is horrible, you can't get through to anyone if you have questions before you sign up. The value is not there for the amount that you charge.

Feel like I’m throwing my member money out the door. All I’m doing is posting my meals, weight, steps etc., I could get this on regular members, $10 per month instead of $84 meds member

I hate the way that you’re locked in…
I hate the way that you’re locked in for something that’s not working for you and you can’t get out of it. They make it very confusing. There should be a trial.I hate the way it takes sometimes two or more days to get a response to questions. I have been a member of Weight Watchers for a long time probably 40 years maybe more I don’t know and I’m still fat. It comes and goes and it comes back.

I have joined WW every so often to maintain a healthy weight but the most recent update to their app is terrible. Not just because it’s new but because it is not user friendly. It takes twice the time to log an item and all the information for the day is no longer on a single screen. An option to revert to the original app would have been great. I cancelled my membership today.
