I initiated a full withdrawal of my balance (approximately €4000) and was assured they would make 2 payment via crypto currency for which I gave my wallet details. I have a similar experience that my played a few times, with no issues. I got then an email with a lot of accusations that re not true or even advised by the chat.
After replying within the term they set of 7 days its been 6 weeks and my money is still hijacked and my account is frozen. Customer supports does not reply after they see who I am and also emails are unanwered.
This is a SCAM CASINO stay away!!
Edit: to their reply, vpn was advised by there own customer service as I had some issues with opening slots. All of a sudden it’s a cause for account closure. Secondly the cross ip was clarified and acknowledged by email and deemed legitimate. Still they not only take your winnings but they steal your deposit as well!
