Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Very clear pricing and very clear terms and conditions. Sales were very clear and not pushy at all. I have had a courier company for over 8 years and can honestly say drive simple were the easiest and best priced van lease company I have dealt with I will not be going any where else from now on

Was struggling to get a van for my small business until I came across drivesimple Richard fox and the team made the situation effortless .i can’t complain

Richard Fox and his team were very helpful from the off and gave me

Firstly they give yoy a quote which sounds great, but then they don't tell you there's another £300 odd vat to pay on top of that every month, so it's cheaper to hire from Arnold Clark or enterprise.

2nd, if the van has an issue you have to drive it over an hour and a half to have it looked at in a random garage, whichever garage accepts the van, then it's there for 3+ days, so you'll lose earning at work... No curtesy van offered at all.

3rd, I was offered to pay extra each month, which I accepted incase I didn't want to carry on, they don't tell you that you need to give 3 months in advance.

4th, they ask yoy to return it to a random place in Guildford and when you arrive you have to try and find it.

Then after you hand back the vehicle they will try charge you for things that weren't even in the van to begin with. And £150 to clean the rear bumper.

Avoid this company, luckily I changed my bank card as they have tried to take multiple payments without my approval.

Now they have tried to flag this post as harmful so it doesn't get posted lol I'll share all the screenshots :)
