Md. Tanvir Chowdhury was very helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with several changes, helped set things up properly, and answered all the questions I had along the way. the Dokan Pro plugin is great. Works as expected. It’s tricky in the beginning, but okay

I see some complain that plugin crash, but i have never experinced any crash so far and used them everyday. Maybe they work better with better cpu power, just saying

A terrible company I'm afraid. Their plugins stop working if you do not renew the licence which goes against what they say on their web site. Normally a plugin will continue to work after a licence expires but not with these guys, the whole thing stops.

They also throw up an error on YOUR web site a month before the plugin is due to be renewed, reminding you to renew the plugin. This of course confuses customers and worries them. There is no way to remove this notice unfortunately - I checked by talking to support.

I currently have six tickets open with them, none of which have been responded to for over five days.

Save your money and stress levels, and buy software from a different company.

We bought license for 5 websites of their products weDocs dot Co and I have a big struggling with them as support and their plugin. Their weDocs Plugin not optimized for mobile and all texts are carried across two lines or go off-screen, making it impossible for users to work on the phone. Regarding their support, there is none. Indeed they are undetectable. If you try to contact them through their form on both the weDocs and weDevs websites, as well as their emails such as, support(at)weDevs(dot)com and hello(at)weDevs(dot)com, you will most likely receive an automatic email and no one will contact you again. I have never met a so bad support in my life. So I can't even download the invoice for to pass to my accountant because another theirs app named, Appsero, is not connected to the confirmation email they send you upon purchase to download the invoice. And you click to download the redirected link says that is not linked services. So impossible to download your invoice. Obviously their infrastructure is very poor and down and now I'm going to have to drink a glass of water for $99. I tried to leave a review like this to help people in the future to know what they will be facing with this company and their products, the review was on the WordPress(dot)org site, Interestingly they immediately responded to the review saying that everyone has preferences about their bad mobile experience :D and that they had not received any inquiry from me, which is absurd because my email is full of attempts to contact them. And the next day they had deleted the review from the site which speaks of their fraudulent policy and concealment of actual information. Even writing this I'm thinking that you can hardly find a bad review for them on the web, which is very strange and suspicious init... I hope this review helps you all, because I won't be able to deal with them because they just ignore you or their structure does NOT work in favor of their customers.

I bought the "WP Frontend Pro" plugin from WeDevs and have encountered critical issues ever since. I submitted a support ticket, but they haven't bothered to respond! For a paid plugin, this lack of support is unacceptable. They were quick to take my money, but when it comes to fixing issues, they are nowhere to be found. Avoid WeDevs if you value your time and money!

Support non-existent. Paid for PRO version of two plugins, for two different sites (4 total premium subscriptions), and no response after 4 days. Site non-functional due to latest updates. This is not the first time they've been unhelpful or non-responsive.

I give 5 stars for the immediate and friendly attention to all my questions about Dokan

I'm not a customer (yet) so this was a pre-sales chat query. Not only was the answer about the product's functionality exactly what we were hoping for, but the almost immediate support response and advice offered by Helena was clear and helpful, even with links for further reading. Based on this first interaction with their online support, together with the product offering, we hope to be a customer soon.

Excellent support from Yeasin. Very good plugin for multivendor marketplace. It scales well and is easily customisable by a developer.

They have great support, Tanvir Hasan from the support team was able to provide me with a code snippet that fixed the issue that I had.

Catherine assisted me with a slew of pre-sale questions related to Dokan and went above and beyond, providing links and contact information when necessary. I appreciate her top notch support.
