Overall, I had a really positive experience at Wed2B. The consultant helping me with my dresses was lovely, friendly, and attentive throughout my appointment. However, I felt she didn't quite have the same level of enthusiasm and confidence that some of the more experienced team members demonstrated. It may simply be that she is still building confidence in the role, but at times the one-to-one interaction felt a little reserved.
That said, the other ladies on the team were fantastic. They regularly checked in, kept my spirits high, and made me feel special with their kind compliments and encouragement. Their positivity really helped make the experience enjoyable and memorable.
Everyone was welcoming and professional, and I appreciated the support... But most importantly being a part of me being able to say 'Yes to the dress'!

Amelia at WED2B Hinckley made my whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and really listened to what I was looking for. She helped me find my perfect wedding dress in less than an hour, which I honestly didn’t think would be possible! She made me feel comfortable and excited throughout the appointment. Thank you, Amelia, for making such an important moment so special. I couldn’t recommend her enough! 💕👰

Great Experience - Tilly, Alecia and Chloe and all the ladies in the Chelmsford shop were patient and really helpful and we eventually found the dress! thank you ladies your help was greatly appreciated

Visited the Liverpool store to exchange an underskirt, the team were amazing and very helpful.

I had a beautiful experience with Harriet, she was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She very quickly got a feel for the style I liked and got me through lots of dresses to try, also advised on accessories ect. All the girls at wed2be were friendly and very welcoming. I said yes to the dress, and couldn’t be happier! Thank you wed2be ❤️

Jorja was honestly just the best!! She knew exactly what I wanted before even I did!! She made not just me, but my sister & mum feel So relaxed! I started out so nervous but she made me feel better in minutes!! My whole experience was lovely & I went home with my dress ❤️

The experience from start to finish was amazing. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who explained how everything worked and what to expect with wait times — it was a busy weekend, but she kept everything clear and friendly.

When I went into the fitting room, Julie looked after me and immediately asked about my likes, dislikes, and rough size. She then worked her magic. She was professional, helpful, and picked out some absolutely stunning dresses. I was lucky enough to end up spoilt for choice with two dresses I loved.

I bought the Wunderskirt in M (14-18). I am a comfortable 16 and it was far too tight at the hips. Also very long if you are actually shorter bride! I thought i would exchange. Well I can't do that in a store or online. You have to send back, wait for your refund and then Re-order. Returns are at your expense.
It is a well made underskirt, it is very stiff. With hoop included and well packaged. Sizing is small. But product itself good. Just really annoying exchange/return/refund policy.

I had wonderful service from Storm in the Norwich store on Sunday. I was super nervous to try on dresses and she was so patient and understanding. I came in with a dress in mind, which wasn’t in stock, but Storm immediately found a similar dress, dare I say even more flattering! Ended up purchasing tha first dress tried on. She also managed to match me up with the veil of my dreams!
Cannot fault her whatsoever, she really made it into a lovely morning.
I believe Molly was the name of the manager that processed my payment and she was also really sweet!

I had Grace as my consultant and she was wonderful. She found exactly what I had envisioned for myself. I’m a full figured 60 year old and she has made me feel beautiful in what I finally chose.

I went to the Glasgow store this weekend and Karla helped me find my wedding dress. She firstly asked me what styles I like and what I don't and the first dress she brought out ended up being the one I said yes to. I got to then try it on with accessories and was allowed to take pictures in the dress. Highly recommend this store and Karla!

I can not recommend wed2b enough! They are absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for helping me. I am getting married with very short notice due to my circumstances and they were amazing to help accommodate my needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Wed2Be! . It was very well organised and we loved that we could look round all the dresses whilst we were waiting for our slot wirh our assistant.

Hannah (Baker street store) was so welcoming, fun, enthusiastic and an absolute expert on the dresses. She made my whole experience so enjoyable and we all had a few tears at the end when I said yes to a dress!! She really helped me feel confident and took my nerves away on arrival and we had a truly memorable experience. Thank you to all at Wed2be!

I had the most amazing bridal experience with Storm and the rest of the team, they were all so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

Storm made me feel completely at ease while I was searching for my perfect dress. I ended up with something so different from what I thought I’d love, but she just knew exactly what suited me and helped me find the one!

I felt so comfortable the entire time and honestly had the best, most special experience.
