Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff

Eva was great listened to the design and picked the perfect dress all paid for and boxed within an hour!

I had such an amazing experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses, from the moment I walked in all the staff were so welcoming and friendly!
Olivia was just incredible! I described what I liked and she absolutely nailed it with the first dress, nothing seemed too much and you could tell she wanted the best.

Also the help from Courtney in terms of recommending alterations and anything else needed.
Could not recommend more, thank you so much!

Olivia made my experience and if I could give her more stars then I would. Olivia was very professional, friendly, patient, honest and in general a down to earth lovely lady. Olivia made me feel very comfortable, Kelly also was amazing and listened to exactly what I was looking for and all the ladies made me feel special about my self and I walked out with my dream dress! Had an absolutely incredible experience at Wed2be Wrexham; it was so easy to walk in and get an appointment and the team there were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting to find my wedding dress straight away as it was the first time I had been shopping for it. But they understood what I wanted so well and after trying on 5 dresses, I found the perfect one! Honestly, a magical experience and I would recommend Wed2be to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress!

It was my 2nd time back at Wed2b, and I was ready to check out mentally and go back to the drawing board because there was just “something” missing with every dress, but then Kelly came along and asked me to trust her, and let her help me. Kelly got down to the bottom and found what that “something” was. I picked my dress but all thanks to Kelly and her knowledge and expertise. She got to know me, my wedding and the vibe we were going for.

My experience was everything I could ever hope for as a woman who just recently became a mum and who has struggled with their new body to have Alisha be so kind, thoughtful and understanding was so appreciated and made my time choosing my dress so special.

I purchased my wedding dress from the Wrexham store today and it’s everything I dreamed of and more! The experience from start to finish was so relaxed and nothing felt forced and it really put me at ease for trying to find a dress.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Kelly help me pick out my dress today, nothing was too much and she knew exactly what to pick out for me, even down to the finishing touches. I had tried on quite a few dresses which was no bother to Kelly at all, even pulling dresses off manikins for me to try on!

I was so impressed with the overall experience and came away with everything I needed, which is a huge relief to have it ticked off for my wedding day.

Thank you again to Kelly for making me feel so welcome and helping me find my dream dress!

I am just 26 days away from my wedding and currently left without a wearable dress due to my experience with Wed2B.

The in-store service initially felt lovely and the staff were really friendly, which made me feel reassured at the time. However, looking back now, it feels as though this was simply to secure the sale, with little real care given as to whether the dress was the correct fit or could actually be altered properly.

I was sold a dress that was not the correct size and was reassured in store that it could be altered to fit. Trusting their advice, I also used a seamstress from their recommended list—who, I later discovered, has no online presence or reviews, meaning I was unable to carry out any research and had to rely entirely on Wed2B’s recommendation.

Unfortunately, the alterations have completely compromised the structure and fit of the dress, leaving it unwearable.

What has made this even more upsetting is the lack of accountability. Despite following their guidance at every step, Wed2B have dismissed responsibility and offered no meaningful resolution—only suggesting I spend even more money trying to fix a situation I did not create.

This has caused me an enormous amount of stress, anxiety, and upset at what should be a happy and exciting time.

I would strongly urge future brides to be extremely cautious when it comes to sizing advice and recommended seamstresses, and to carefully consider their options before making a purchase.

I visited the Wrexham store last night which was the first wedding shop I’ve been to. Alisha was AMAZING, she began by understanding my requirements and preferred styles and selected 5 dresses (which were all beautiful) to which she added small finishing touches (belt ,veil, hair slide), this really helped me to visualise the finished look. She found me the perfect dress (which I purchased) and a bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Overall a fantastic experience, great selection of quality dresses, extremely happy and helpful staff who made us all feel very special. Thank you

I went in today to have a look for a dress to renew my wedding vows in June and I wasn’t expecting to find the most beautiful stunning dress I have ever seen. Kelly the manager was so amazing in helping me find my perfect dress she asked what I liked and didn’t like about my first wedding dress and I can honestly say this lovely lady made me feel so confident and stunning in my dress. And I said yes to my stunning dress thank you so much Kelly for such an incredible experience and making me feel so relaxed and so welcome

A lady called Amy helped me in the Wrexham store. She was so helpful, kind and efficient. I’m so glad I went their for my bridesmaid dress now

Had the best and emotional time in Wrexham Wed2b. I felt welcomed the second I walked through the front door. Amy was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted. There were plenty of choices to choose from, I got to try on different types of style. It was the best feeling walking out with my dream dress in my hand. Diolch Amy and rest of the staff xx

Came with a very close friend to the Wrexham store to pick out a dress for her special day and we’ve just received the BEST support all around, especially from Alisha and Courtney, who stopped at nothing to provide the most wonderful support for our beautiful bride, while making her feel so very special throughout the entire process. We’ll remember those staff for how much they hyped her up and made it a fabulous experience for her and us who are accompanying her on the day 🥹 thank you 🫶
