I had Courtney at the Wednesbury store and had such a seamless experience. I had done my research online beforehand but I said yes to the first dress and it was just an easy and straightforward experience! She helped me pick my veil and hair accessories and understood the look I was going for. I couldn’t recommend wed2B more!

I genuinely cannot put into words just how incredible my experience at WED2B Bristol was. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was made to feel so welcome, comfortable and completely at ease. What could have been an overwhelming or daunting experience was honestly one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences I could have hoped for — and that is entirely down to Millie and Maria.

Millie was absolutely phenomenal. She was unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, kind and attentive, and it was so obvious that she genuinely cared about helping me find the dress rather than simply making a sale. She listened to everything I said, understood what I was looking for, gave me advice that was genuinely invaluable and somehow managed to make me feel completely confident throughout the whole process. Her knowledge and expertise were incredible, but it was her warmth and patience that really stood out to me.

Maria, the Assistant Manager, was equally amazing. She was so lovely, welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. The two of them together were an absolute dream team. They created such a relaxed, positive and supportive atmosphere that I completely forgot I was even supposed to feel nervous!

Nothing — and I mean absolutely NOTHING — was too much trouble for either of them. They were endlessly patient, answered every question I had, helped me try different things, gave honest and thoughtful advice and never once made me feel rushed, pressured or like I was being difficult. They made me feel like I was the only person in the shop and that finding my dress genuinely mattered to them.

The customer service was honestly some of the best I have ever experienced, and I have never come away from a retail experience feeling so looked after. They didn’t just help me find a wedding dress — they made the whole experience feel incredibly special. I walked in expecting to look at dresses and walked out with an experience I will genuinely remember for the rest of my life.

WED2B Bristol are SO lucky to have Millie and Maria. They are an absolute credit to the store and to WED2B, and I truly hope they know how much of a difference they made to me. I could not recommend them highly enough.

This was my first wedding dress experience and it was everything and more! I cannot praise Eloise more, she was so kind and caring and just made me feel so beautiful and made me whole experience magical. She was so attentive and got involved with the whole process, I tried in three dresses and fell in love with the third dress! I just knew it was the one for me! Finnegan for the winnegan! I can’t recommend them enough!

Myself and my bridesmaids/MOH decided to have a look at some dresses last week as I am getting married in 2028 and I was greeted and looked after by Anna who was absolutely amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable and so valued as a customer. She brought so many different options and really helped me find my vision as I had no clue what I even wanted. After a couple of dresses I actually found THE ONE! Fast forward to today, I came back in with my mum to show her the dress I had fallen in love with and she loved it too. I had the whole team helping to make the experience so special and so fun! Thank you all, especially Anna, for your help! I’m so happy to have found my dream dress.

I have a mixed review, after going to Exeter a few days ago I felt like it was very rushed, the lady was nice however it wasn't relaxed and my option wasn't listened too as such. But going to the Newquay store today was a whole different experience! It was relaxed they took time to listen understand what I was thinking about the venue and who I was as a person to help find the dress. All 3 ladies were so lovely, Anna was incredible and helped me imagine myself on the day and just gave me a whole different atmosphere and experience.

Very knowledgeable and patient whilst I found my style. Made me feel like a princess

Visited WED2B Northampton when you go shopping for your dream dress well you have butterflies in your tummy not knowing what to expect!
On entrance was greeted with a lovely smile and a warm welcome the butterflies flew away !
The two ladies that assisted me were amazing I tried on two dresses only as there was this one in front of me on the walll screaming pick me me I’m the one I tried it on made my 2 guests cry I went home with the dress.

Visited the Stoke store a couple of months ago to purchase bridesmaid dresses for our wedding. The girls were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble! They brought us all the different styles and colours to the dressing area and did so for over 2 hours to help us decide what we wanted. Ordering was simple, fast and easy. We picked up our dresses earlier today and found the exact superb service as our first visit. Greeted as soon as we walked in with a friendly welcome. If you want brilliant value whilst not compromising on quality, this is the place to go. Thank you all again!

I had the most incredible experience! Laura was so helpful and really made me feel at ease. She listened to me and honestly gave me the most beautiful dresses to try on. All the ladies were so welcoming and kind! Thank you for making this day so special for me!! :)

Very happy with the dresses but on collection both dresses were in one plastic bag, when asked could we have a separate plastic bag as they were being transported to different places they refused. We were very surprised and disappointed as they were only plastic bags that you have your clothes returned from the dry cleaners , not expensive proper dress covers .

Perfect! Ella was amazing and I'm very thankful for all her help and support. I had some idea of what I wanted and she pushed the boundaries (in a good way) and help me find a dress I would never have picked out for myself! Thank You Very Much!!

Staff were so kind, settled my nerves and were so knowledgable. They knew exactly which dresses to pull out for me and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Cannot fault anything at all

I was very nervous when I went into the store.
But the ladies' great service and friendliness got rid of that.
They helped me find the most lovely dress according to my preferences and I could not be happier with the end result.

Really fun experience, staff are all extremely friendly and attentive and the lovely Hannah was literally amazing! She couldn't have been more friendly and enthusiastic, she had an amazing energy and kept me smiling the whole time! And we found a dress I loved! Would highly recommend!

C'était le premier magasin choisi pour une première expérience d'essayage de robes de mariée (19/07/2026). J'étais partie avec l'objectif d'essayer tout le magasin (oui oui envie de faire comme dans les films). Je suis arrivée super heureuse entourée de ma maman, ma sœur et ma meilleure amie. J'ai vite été surprise de la politique du magasin, pour un rendez-vous "découverte", trois robes seulement sont proposées aux essayages (une robe sirène, une robe A-Line, une robe princesse). J'avoue avoir eu un moment de déception intense mais les explications de Celanie (la vendeuse) étaient assez cohérentes, trop d'essayages = trop de choix à faire. Je me suis donc laissée portée. Elle m'a demandé ce que j'aimais comme coupes, matières, détails, etc. J'avais fait une liste des robes que j'aimais sur le site et nous sommes donc parties sur un essayage de deux robes. Nous nous sommes installées à l'arrière de la boutique, nous étions seules dans le magasin. Celanie explique à mes proches le déroulement des essayages. Elle est avec moi en cabine, je me découvre d'abord seule face au miroir de la cabine et ensuite elle ouvre le rideau pour qu'elles me découvrent (énorme point positif!! C'était vraiment la chose à faire pour ne pas être influencée dans son choix par ses proches). Première robe enfilée, l'émotion commence à grimper et les larmes sont au bord des yeux. Elle est sublime, je me sens ravissante, sexy et mise en valeur sans non plus effacer ma personnalité. Lorsqu'elle ouvre le rideau, l'émotion de mes proches est identique. C'est la bonne. Celanie a misé juste dès le premier essayage!! :-)

Je tiens vraiment à remercier Celanie pour cette magnifique rencontre, ses précieux conseils et son professionnalisme. Je ne crois pas trop aux coïncidences mais nous partageons de nombreuses choses communes dont la date de naissance et elle a su trouver du premier coup LA robe. Alors merci d'avoir fait partie de cette folle aventure avec moi.

The 3 girls at wed2b Belfast were absolutely amazing with myself and my bridal party. I would definitely re them and the shop to others.

Tilly was amazing! She was so helpful, thought of lots of different dresses and options to try. My vision wasn’t quite straight forward but Tilly made it come to life!

Gaby in the Leeds store was incredibly helpful, suggested some gorgeous dresses and helped me find the one! Super patient and knowledgeable, listening to many changes of mind!

I was very nervous to go dress shopping but as soon as i walked in i was met with friendly staff, who were informative, helpful and put me at ease quickly. The store had a good selection of dresses for different styles. The staff worked with me and asked the right questions to help me find my perfect dress. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress.
