The shop was immaculate, straight away a friendly face appeared to help me make the decision to say yes to my dress which Briony and Nikola absolutely smashed! I felt so at ease with them straight away, as did my family, who like me have nothing but great things to say about the girls. Thank you both so much for giving us a fantastic experience that will be treasured.

Yesterday I said Yes to the Dress at the Edinburgh branch.

From the moment I walked in until i left the service i received was fo

They knew exactly what ibwas looking for and when i tried on (5th dress lol) it just fitted like a glove and i didnt want to takenit off.

I only require 2 small alterations on the straps.

Will be back with my bridesmaids for defo.

Would recommend to any future bride - they know exactly what u want and what will suit and will ensure u SAY YES TO THE DRESS

Nothing is any bother for them.

Friendly helpful staff who were happy to offer different choices until I found the dress I wanted - and I am sure that I am not the only bride who went in wanting one thing and came out with something better because of the support and help from staff especially Nicola.

The girl that helped me choose my dress was amazing . She made me feel comfortable and she went above and beyond .

my experience was more than I could have ever hoped for. The girls were so lovely and highly knowledgeable in their role. I initially felt it would be an overwhelming experience but it was the calmest, kindest and positive experience. I left feeling absolutely relieved and super cared for. The girls took everything I wanted into account and this has left me with the wedding dress I will feel most comfortable and confident in- Thank you to the whole team. I visited the Wed2b store in Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh last week and what an amazing experience I had. From start to finish Briony made the experience so special. She listened to my ideas and found me the most amazing dress. Her wildcard dress which left me in tears as was more than I had ever imagined. I honestly can't thank her enough. I would recommend Wed2b to anyone. Briony is an absolute credit to Wed2b

Nicola was amazing with all three of us, I wanted a nice chill time without loads of opinions and that’s exactly what I got. Both members of the team were great with my 1 year old daughter who did not go for the nap we had planned! They never made me feel like she was a bother and I think she had just as nice a time as my mum and I did!
I was able to tell Nicola the styles that I liked and she took that on board and was able to find multiple dresses that I liked and not only found ‘the one’ but found the perfect veil to style it with to complete my bridal look! I can’t wait to wear it to our wedding in Rome this year! 🥰 thank you all for the best experience I could have hoped for! ❤️

Had a lovely experience shopping for my dress here. They are a friendly and welcoming team. Julia in particular was a huge help in choosing my dress and thanks to her suggestion I found the one I was looking for.

After buying my wedding dress which I paid £1100 for I was initially happy with the customer service and was assured my 2 bridesmaids dresses I could get at a later date would all be fine. I initially put off buying bridesmaids dresses because 1 of my bridesmaids wanted to try lose a little weight although I said it doesn’t matter I really thought we picked the best dress that suited both bridesmaids I understood she wanted to try look her best as well. My wedding was in June and I bought my dress in November. So had plenty time for any changes for bridesmaids dresses was told come for fitting 12 weeks before wedding so any alterations could be done. (Wed2b do not do alterations) hence the 3 page small printout you have to sign.
However back to bridesmaids I convinced my bridesmaids to get dresses early February instead of last minute 12 weeks before which was indicated to us.
Am glad I did as was then Tod it was a 15 weeks before which process. Which was going to be a bit tight before wedding. However if I paid a further £20 per dress I would get it quicker.
I declined but was absolutely unhappy as was not what I was previously told and felt was pushed to get this service. Having previously spent £1100 I honestly thought I would have been treated better they hadn’t recorded bridesmaids style, colour or size so nothing on system to make me feel special or my bridesmaids at ease.
This let you down follow up should be key. Your not just selling a dress your selling a dream. Your missing out on a whole experience you can give to the wedding experience but you spoilt it by lack of continulity.

Went to wed2b today and found THEE DRESS! I went I not having tried anything on before. Had a style in mind but was open to anything. It did not take long before we got the few down to two choices and then chose THE one. Evie helped me today and she was so in tune with what style my body was best suited for. She gave her honest opinion and had so much time for myself and my girls that came with me.
I am delighted and could not be happier with my choice of dress and the shop I chose to get it from.
Every member of staff was so helpful and had such friendly faces.

This was my first wedding dress shop, and I said yes to THE ONE on the 5th dress! I had the wonderful Nikola, who was just amazing. So down to earth and just felt so comfortable around her! She knew what would be the perfect dress for me even before I did! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Andrea was super helpful and patient and made the experience exciting for me and my bridesmaids! I had fear with how late I left finding a dress due to being pregnant but the dresses I tried were beautiful and I’m extremely happy with the yes I made and looking forward to wearing it on the big day! I can’t recommend this wedding dress shop enough! The service was outstanding, and Nikola who assisted me was absolutely fantastic. They were so patient, supportive, and knowledgeable, and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I felt truly listened to and was made to feel special and confident in every dress I tried on. Such a positive and memorable experience!

I am still in shock that the dress I saw on the website even been in off peak season, they had it in store in my size and I said yes to the dress. Being alone on this shopping, I felt so comfortable and cared from all the staff. They made me laugh and they helped me a lot with the information I needed. I totally recommend wed2B as their dresses are so affordable compared to any other bridal stores in Edinburgh and the fabrics are amazing.

Nicola - I believe her name was, so sorry if I got this wrong - was amazing. Made me so comfortable. Nothing was too much for her, took all of the notes from myself & my group & came back stronger. Could not rate her service & expertise any higher! Good selection of dresses & left with the one!

I arrived at Wed2b feeling a little apprehensive, however, the lovely warm welcome I received from the bridal consultant immediately put me at ease. The team are a perfect balance of professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed first time wedding dress shopping experience. I left with the most perfect dress feeling confident and armed with all the advice I needed for alterations.

I went to have a look and see what style I would like. Never imagined I’d find THE dress on my first shopping trip. The ladies were welcoming, friendly and couldn’t be more attentive. Maya (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) was amazing, took time to find out what styles I liked/didn’t like, asked if I’d seen any from the website as a starting point. She was patient whilst I was taking my time, finding it a tad overwhelming, she kept me calm, gave me her opinion and never rushed me. She swapped out dresses and veils and never made me feel like I was being a pest or hard work. After lots of tears (from me) and encouragement and lovely comments from all the lovely ladies I finally picked my perfect dress. Cant thank them enough for the time and help they gave me.
