Betsy was absolutely lovely! Really made me feel at ease as I was admittedly so nervous and body conscious coming into the appointment. But she listened intently to what I described my ideal dress as and literally the first dress she picked for me was spot on! She was so patient with me, answering all my questions, even with a sore throat bless her! I could not have asked for a better consultant and she just made the experience that much more special and personal! Thank you for hyping me up and helping me pick my wedding dress! Norwich Wed2be.

Had a wonderful experience with Wed2Be Norwich. I totally wasn’t expecting to take a dress home on the day, but I found the one after the trying 4 dresses on.

Betsy, who provided the consultation and chose my dresses out, was very so friendly, attentive and made the whole experience for both me and my mum. I went in with an idea of what I thought I wanted and ended up with something I probably never would have chose on the hanger myself and that’s thanks to Betsy asking key questions on my plans and each dress tried on and deciphering what elements I liked/didn’t like until we landed on the one. Super impressed by the whole customer experience, from first entering the door, closing the sale with lots of added touches and lovely notes inside the dress box, recommendations of seamstresses, through to after-sales with a personalised email summarising all the dresses I tried on that day in order of my ranking. Couldn’t recommend enough

Josie was my consultant and she made the entire experience amazing, I felt so looked after and got to try on some stunning dresses. I was so lucky to find my dream dress and thanks to Josie my experience was everything I wanted it to be and more

The service was amazing, quick and very welcoming.

Loved the experience once we got into the appointment with Ocean, who was very professional. However, we were kept waiting a lot longer than we were initially told. That said, the choice of dresses was very good and I did find the dress of my dreams. Thank you! ☺️

There are lots of gorgeous dresses in store. So many to choose from and so many beautiful styles. Really glad I bought my dress from here and pleased that it was pretty quick and easy! Found the perfect dress and can’t wait to wear it at my wedding!

Courtney was very kind from the moment we stepped into the store. She listened to my wishes and very quickly found my dream dress. I am grateful for the advice as well regarding alteration.

Rang the store to discuss visit/ booking/ types of dresses available. I tried on several dresses, perhaps 7-8. Thankfully I had the whole place to myself as I went on a weekday morning. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough. Very happy with my dress (which was actually a staff members choice!)

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Carla at the Glasgow St George’s Road store. She was so unbelievably helpful and kind- I had no idea what I was doing and she was patient and made me and all my wedding party feel at ease and excited! AND I GOT MY DRESS!!!! I was in the Belfast store today. Amy helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me feel amazing showed me 4 dresses that matched what I was looking for however she knew the first dress was the one I would love the most and I did. Hats off to everyone in there hyping up the brides. The fact I am a plus size woman there was so many dresses that fitted me

As soon as we arrived we were very pleased with the customer service especially Millie who took us through what was going to happen and her choices of dresses were amazing. To walk away with the dress was a good feeling.
