I picked up my bridesmaids dresses today. Such beautiful quality and so elegant. I really can’t wait to see us all on the day! Staff are so polite and so helpful and the dresses arrived a week before their due date. I would recommend wed2b for a really professional and friendly service!

Went to wed2b Cardiff today, Gabrielle was amazing, the first shop I went into and walked away with the first dress I tried on. Highly recommend visiting. Their dresses are all lovely and plenty of different styles to choose from. Thanks Gabrielle

Fantastic staff, beautiful dresses and such an easy process

Visited the Cardiff & Bristol stores and had a great experience in both! I found ‘the one’ on my first visit but had to pop to Bristol to try on a different dress I had my eye on- just to be sure!
All the staff were friendly and welcoming and listened to what I wanted. Left with my dress a week later 🤗

The lady Erin that helped me find my dress was amazing. We went to the Cardiff and I went in with a vision of one particular dress that I’d found on they’re website and didn’t want a veil however after I tried it on I didn’t feel feel that it was the one and in her words she saw the light disappear from my eyes however she found me something so special that I cried when I put it on and knew straight away it was the one she found a veil that was simple and finished the dress off perfectly and made me feel so beautiful. Erin was so knowledgeable and kind and put me at ease from the moment me and mother met her and I’d 100% recommend this store to any upcoming brides. I’d just advise you go in open minded as you might find your perfect dress is completely different to what you first imagined.

I went into the store feeling uncertain and left with the biggest smile on my face! The staff were great from the moment we walked in - super transparent about how the experience would work, and made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. Gabrielle was so kind and bubbly, she made me feel really at ease with trying on dresses, and helped me feel like a queen in the dress I chose - she was such a hype woman! Highly recommend this store, it was simply the best day!

I would not recommend Wed2B Cardiff based on my experience. The queue management system, communication and customer service needs significant improvement. 🚩🚩🚩

I visited Wed2B Cardiff on Saturday at around 12pm and were signed in. At the time, I was fifth in the queue and was told I could track my position on my phone. We weren’t given any indication of waiting times, only that someone would be with us shortly. We were also told that the bride had to remain in the store but the group could leave to go and get food/drinks.

We spent around 30 minutes looking through the dresses. I wasn’t expecting a massive selection, and I understand that off the rack bridal stores will have repeated styles and limited sizes. That wasn’t an issue for me. I also expected a reasonable wait.

Before my appointment, I had already visited another bridal shop and had a good idea of the styles and silhouettes that suited me. I had also looked at the Wed2B website beforehand and saved a few dresses that I was interested in trying. While waiting in store, I took photos of the tags of dresses I liked and that were available in my size so that I could easily show the consultant my preferences.

About an hour after arriving, a consultant came over and began what I assumed was my consultation. She asked loads of questions, including things like my favourite colour, which felt irrelevant to choosing a wedding dress. The process felt quite scripted and sales focused rather than genuinely helpful.

I explained that I had already tried dresses elsewhere, showed the consultant the photos I had taken in store and discussed the dresses I had saved online. Despite providing all of this information, none of the dresses I specifically requested were brought out for me to try on.

Just as we were about to go into a fitting room, another staff member called the consultant away. Around 10 minutes later she returned and informed us that there had been a mistake and I wasn’t actually next in line, although she assured me I would be next.

We then waited a further 2 hours.

In total, I waited 3+ hours before trying on my first dress. During that time, nobody came to update us, apologise, explain the delay or check whether we were okay. Being left sitting there for hours with no communication was extremely frustrating.

Whilst we were waiting I received a purchase confirmation email thanking me for my order. The problem was that I hadn’t bought anything. It appeared that another bride’s order confirmation had been sent to me by mistake. I had to go to the front desk and explain that I had received someone else’s purchase information. There wasn’t a “apologies” or “thanks for letting us know”.

Once I finally started trying dresses on, the experience didn’t improve. The appointment felt very sales driven, with lengthy scripted explanations about each dress before I could even try it on. After waiting 3 hours, I just wanted to see how the dresses looked and felt.

One of my biggest disappointments was that the dresses weren’t clipped at the back to show how they would look when properly fitted. Everything hung loosely and it was difficult to visualise the final result.

After trying around five dresses that I didn’t like, my sister even went to speak to a member of staff and asked whether I could try on a particular dress that I had seen, she was told that it wasn’t the type of dress I wanted. This was incredibly frustrating because I had already tried dresses elsewhere, I had spent time researching styles beforehand, and I had clearly explained what I liked. It felt as though assumptions were being made about my preferences instead of actually listening to me. By that point, I felt my opinions and requests were being completely disregarded.

The dresses I tried on felt cheap and didn’t look flattering, but without proper fitting it was impossible to judge their full potential.

After deciding that the dresses weren’t for me, another member of staff with pink hair approached us. Unfortunately, this interaction was the worst part of the experience. She didn’t smile, ask if I was okay or try to understand my concerns. Instead, she immediately came across as dismissive and confrontational, asking what my problem was. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and upset at a time that should have been exciting.

In total, we spent five hours in the boutique and I left without liking a single thing. I understand that weekends are busy and I expected to wait, but a three-hour wait before trying on a single dress, combined with poor communication, an overly sales focused experience, staff repeatedly ignoring my requested dress choices and rude customer service, made this an incredibly disappointing visit.

Great experience today at wed2be. Gabrielle was so helpful and attentive. She helped select my dream dress and I said yes to the dress.

Service was good. However went to pick up my bridmaid dresses and they wanted to charge me for a hanger and cover. Not great after I just spent over £300. Sometimes it is these little things that make a difference.

My mam and I went to Wed2B Cardiff today and had the best service from the shop manager. What a lovely, accommodating and friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend the Cardiff store, especially Tania.

Very underwhelming experience

Long waiting times with no heads up to then leave you half hour and be closed wait all day for your turn to not even received a proper service poor poor poor

The dress fitter was very helpful and listened to what i wanted thank you for everything

Erin and Ellie were amazing! They found my perfect dress on the first try, and insisted I try on more until I was fully sure that I was totally happy with my decision. They were so warm, supportive and helped me find the dress of my dreams within an hour! They never pushed the hard sell, and seemed truly invested in me getting the dress of my dreams. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a bride - thank you both so much!

I recently bought a dress from Wed2B, and the whole experience was fantastic. It was my first time shopping for bridal wear in-store, and the staff were wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and made everything so much easier for me. I can be very indecisive, but they quickly helped narrow down my choices, and before long I found a dress I absolutely loved. They also added accessories to help create the complete look and even styled my hair. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for friendly, helpful service and a great range of dresses and styles.

Charlotte and Erin really made my experience great, found my dress in 4 dresses after walking in without an idea of what I’d like! I’m over the moon and feel stunning, thank you so much

Insanely exceptional service
I came in as a flustered bridesmaid whio had problems with dresses from other stores to find another dress. I was by myself and the staff helped me through all the fittings and made the experience really relaxed and like control had been regained. So grateful! Staff were friendly amd so incredibly helpful!
