Best place to sell a car
Worked with 2 wonderful agents in your employ. Both TJ and Albert were from my original hometown of Ithaca NY. They were helpful, kind and made this experience very easy. I will recommend your agency to anyone who asks.

Awesome Customer Service
The customer service was awesome from Kerrell, Albert, and Nate. 3 star rating because of their appraisal rating system which is computer generated is way to low in my case because of a bad transmission.

**Two Reviews** Five stars for sales person, Two stars for sales process.
The Salesperson at the location as well as the Area manager, were helpful and went out of their way to try to make things better for me.
Area Manager has been in contact with me to try to make this a better experience for me. I appreciate the effort. I will NOT go through this process again in the future.
TWO STAR review regarding sales process: I'm very disappointed in the fact that I was quoted 2300.00 for my 2005 Highlander. I made it clear when filing out the online sections that I had high miles and paint was an issues. Yet I was quoted way below what the online estimate was. If you knew before hand that I had high mileage and paint issues. Why would you come back and say that the reason you're offering me 350.00 is due to high milage and paint issues????
Please show me any 17 year old daily driver that is "Showroom" ready. Make this the last resort.

procedures, the calculations used, the paperwork explanations for signatures but also the next outside step I needed to take in selling my vehicle... i.e. DMV

I had a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. Since it was 17 years ago, a trade-in was not an option so I went to the We Buy Any Car website. I answered all the questions honestly including that the car was 17 years old and had been in a fender bender (minor damage) back in 2010. A price was quoted which I felt was fair and acceptable. I then went to the University City location where a very very thorough inspection was then done. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but after a brief discussion a check was cut for the on-line quote. I'll miss that car but I'm sure it's got a nice home now.
