As you mentioned, we do conduct a thorough inspection of each vehicle prior to purchase. We are glad to hear you were invited to join this process, and hope this helps provide transparency to all customers. Like all reputable car buyers, we must take the results of this inspection into account when determining a final offer on each and every vehicle.
During our inspection, we did notice a few key issues that ultimately hurt the value of your 2010 Toyota Prius. Multiple dashboard lights were illuminated during the inspection including the ABS light, traction control light, and the driver’s position break light. We also noticed rust damage on the roof panel. Unfortunately, these issues negatively impacted the final valuation of your vehicle.

Niko was great. Was very helpful, wasn’t pushy, and offered a fair deal for my vehicle. I was in and out with check in hand.
