A pleasant Experience
The branch manager who worked with me was very professional and walked me through the entire process. We discussed a price and completed the deal. There was no pressure to sell or accept an offer. I would gladly do business with We Buy Any Car again.

If yo are in the market to sell your car
If you are in the market to sell your vehicle I would recommend We Buy Any Car. The whole process was fast and easy. This was my first time not trading in my car and if I ever get a different car this is where I will go.

Spenser was great to work with, very personable, we had great conversation.
Also, Max gave me a call the day before and told me what documents to have, what to expect, and was nice and helpful.
After Carvana "rejected" my car I was nervous I would have the same results but that was not the case!
Spenser kept everything extremely transparent and honest and my vehicle was sold in less than an hour.

On line estimate was ONE HALF less than price offered.
On line estimate was between $1400 - $2000, by YOUR calculator. When I got there, it dropped to $910. SERIOUSLY? Car was in immaculate condition, but I was tired of being nickel and dimed so we settled at $1100. Just another used car scam, bait and switch at its finest. Never doing business with you again. And I bet $100 I never hear from their customer service to make it right.
Okay, I officially have to eat crow here. I actually got a call back from the area manager ( but he's not getting the hundred dollars :-) ). We had a very professional discussion and they made it right for me with an additional payment. All in all, very happy with how it landed out with "We buy any car". I would use them again.

Our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but it’s based off the information supplied by our customers. It can only value a vehicle based on what our customers input into our system.
When valuations were completed on 02/12/2025 and 04/28/2025 the user did not disclose any damage, so our online valuation tool provided a number in line with a clean, working vehicle. Online valuations, from any reputable buyer, are not a firm offer, and a physical appraisal must be conducted to confirm condition.
Unfortunately, when our Branch Manager had a chance to inspect the vehicle in person and run a vehicle history report, we discovered reconditioning issues and accident history that we needed to take into account when making our firm offer. Condition plays an important role and these issues negatively impacted what we could offer for the vehicle.
I have opened a customer service complaint on your behalf and have asked the Area Manager to personally reach out to you by phone. We look forward to connecting with you 1-on-1 so we can review your appointment together and better understand how we can deliver a 5-star outcome to you.
