I’ve sold two cars to two of your competitors in the same type of business and the difference is that when I went the price was the price not trying to negotiate me not trying to add extra fees to me that’s what I didn’t like. The manager
The manager - Craig - was transparent, thorough and fair. Although we thought our car was in excellent condition he showed us photos from underneath the car that revealed rust damage. We were disappointed as this meant that the cheque was less than expected, but nevertheless we have nothing but good things to say both in respect to Craig and the process.
