Look
Look, I knew it was a 23 yr old car and I was honest in the online assessment of its condition. First quote was $1715. By the time it was gone over it was down to $817. I thought the reconditioning prices were a bit healthy for a car its age and total retail value of probably $3000. You can’t make the car “new” at 23 yrs old. Felt like a bit of a lure with the “online” offer.
On the other hand your rep that handled us was a first class guy. Very honest about your process and what reality was. This was a turn in car from my 93 yr old mother so we just took the offer. Easy peazy. And as I said, your rep, James Brown could not have been more professional and caring towards my mom. It was greatly appreciated.

The entire process was super efficient…
The entire process was super efficient and easy! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly, specifically Tim in Longwood office, and Joshua in the mobile unit. Loved how they came to my home evaluate my car, paid me immediately through Zelle and then picked up my car.
