However, certain vehicles might not have enough market data which is usually the case with brand-new, classic, or exotic vehicles. In this case, we needed to speak with you directly on the phone and see the vehicle in person before we could provide any firm offer.
Our objective is to buy the car at a price reflective of its resale value, taking into account any issues which have a tangible impact on the resale value. Buying the car at a price that is fair to the customer and allows us to take a modest margin is the aim and we're sorry the price did not meet your expectations.

Overall good experience. I felt I got a fair deal, but always want more. One caveat: with the on line quote, you need to qualify your quote with "vehicle should appear showroom condition to get the amount stated. That part was little over done.

Good not great
Customer service was great and the transaction was efficient and easy. Only problem is that the price they gave me on the first day was different than what they offered when I came back despite their assurance that the price would be the same. We still decided to go with them because of the ease of the process.
