Great Experience!
We met with Shawn at the Lancaster location and had a great experience! Scheduling was easily done online. We got a confirmation call for the appointment. When we got there everything was straightforward. We went over documentation, he inspected the car and then we talked numbers. We felt like we were given a fair price (over 1K more than the dealership we were buying from offered) and was sent home with the check. Shawn was very personable and transparent. He was welcoming to our three wiggly children and gave us helpful advice! We would absolutely come back!

I was a little skeptical at first
I was a little skeptical at first. I figured you would probably get a high offer price online just to get you in there office only to get low-balled when it came down to your actual amount offered. I was pleasantly wrong.
Everyone there was nice, honest and sociable.
My experience was an excellent one and I will definitely be back when my wife is looking to sell her car.

Mr Walker is friendly and funny
I met with Shawn Walker and he was very welcoming, friendly, funny and helpful. He made sure I understood their whole procedure. At the end of the day I broke even and left debt free from a car payment I did not one to begin with. It all started with being my sons co signor and he stopped making payments on the vehicle.
