Don, the manager at our local WBAC, took time inspecting the outside and inside of my 2009 Honda Accord. My online evaluation was about $4200. My car did have some rust issues around both back tires, so I expected some of that would get knocked off the original estimate. The vehicle was 17 years old, myself the original and only owner, and was very clean. I was quoted about $3200, less the $395 document fee, for a check of $2900. Don completed all the paperwork and gave me the copies. Even though the WBAC never disclosed the document fee on their website that I could locate, I noticed from other reviews that this fee varies from customer to customer. The web site should be more transparent about the fee, my only issue. Other than that, service was very good, very convenient to use, and eliminated the hassle with trading the car into a dealer. Would highly recommend this if you just want to sell a car, get some money for it, and want to move on. I even got a phone call days letter thanking me for the business, something no one does anymore, I appreciated that.

Donald was very helpful and explained the policies and how he arrived at his price very well. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience was the fact that nowhere in the website portion of the transaction, could I find anything disclosed about the $399 fee, not even in the terms and conditions. Donald was very up front about the fee however when I first spoke with him after getting the estimate from the website. The transaction was handled very professionally and relatively quickly.

It is too cumbersome to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and the website asks too many questions.

However, once you get an appointment MOST everything else went smoothly. Adrian was late showing up at my appraisal appointment. But, he did have everything prepped for the appointment to buy. Donald was fantastic for my selling appointment. Both were friendly.

The appraisal process itself was very easy and the price I was offered was very fair.
