Management was wonderful. Very detailed with a smile. He explained the reason I received the offer. People like him make this world a better place to live. I received a check and was told to take to my bank and i can get my Money. Well that did not happen so I have to wait until before I can purchase my new vehicle.
That is very disappointing. and after reading reviews on BBB I see I was not the first

Great experience would highly recommend
I had recently lost my dad and was trying to sell his vehicle. Emotionally it was hard but the gentleman that helped us Tom Duffy (we actually went on a Saturday ended up coming back in on Monday) was very compassionate and made selling the truck a good experience. He took his time with us and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend your business to anyone who is looking to sell a car. It was definitely so much better than dealing with actual car dealerships. Thank you

Tom was great to work with and was very patient and accommodating of my situation. My wife had to come since she was also on the title. We had to find a way to entertain the kids, but Tom made it to where we could go in individually to sign the paperwork.
