Efficient and Fair
The agent was open and informative explaining what he was looking for and what he found. The process was easy and efficient. I believe I received a fair price for my vehicle and left with a check in just over an hour.

Excellent customer service
I made an appointment with Teresa who was top notch! She made the experience quick, easy and fun. Since my husband's name was on the title, I needed the original POA, however I only had a copy. Teresa with further digging was able to come up with the perfect solution by sending two associates to my house so that my husband and I could both sign the title and drive the car away. Teresa's customer service was excellent and I would recommend We Buy Any Car-Eden Prairie to family and friends. In addition to Teresa, Aiden and Matt, who came to our house, were both delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. They made the transaction pleasant and fun

Impressed
After seeing We Buy Any Car ads on TV I decided to contact them about purchasing my car. The local representative called me and was professional, courteous and understanding about why I wanted to sell my car. They were very accommodating in scheduling the mobile buyer to come and look at my car. The mobile buyer called and verified the appointment time and my address and arrived right on time. It was a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, no pressure experience. We agreed on a price, he did all the required paperwork for the sale. We sat down and he clearly explained the documents I was signing, when the car would be picked up, and clearly answered any questions I had. He was great throughout the process!
The next day I realized that I had left a
bill I was intending to mail in the car that was now locked up for pickup. I called the mobile buyer and he didn’t hesitate a second and we set up a time for him to come back to get the bill out of the car. That’s customer service!

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever they will dump you with a very low offer. To sell my car l visted 3 dealership and webuyanycar was the lowest offer and l ended up selling my car through Facebook Market Place and l got more than double the amount that, webuyanycar offered me.

I see we were able to beat the other quotes you had, so we were surprised to read these comments. We recall that you had an offer of $1,700 from Walser and that we put a better offer on the table for you. Is it possible a different dealer you visited made the low offer you refer to?
When you were in the branch, you told us you had a private offer of $2,200 and we did offer to try and beat that, but you declined and took the private offer. You will almost always get more money selling privately as you are cutting out the middleman and taking on some effort and potential risk for the upside.
It seems like we made you a fair offer and that our team provided you with the five-star customer service experience we are famous for, so it is disappointing to receive such negative feedback.

Comfortable and quick car sale…
Sale was settled quickly with a very friendly and competent manager. Car was inspected and details of the inspection were presented clearly. It took an hour and I had my check. The location was easy to find with easy parking.
