Austin did a good job going’s through…
Austin did a good job going’s through the protocol of explaining the car’s short fall. When going on line the value was around 4,500 ? When all the dust settled it came out to $1600 due to struggling damage on the back left side , l think bc Austin did a professional job pointing out the problems that caused the loss in value.

Process was easy. Tony explained the process including the tax offset when trading, very transparent. The amount offered for our vehicle was very reasonable. The sale was very efficient
