Do not believe the online valuation
The online evaluation was way off as far as what the estimate was. I felt it should have been a little more honest,,,the difference was about 25%. Don't get me wrong I was still happy with what I received for an 8year old car with 131000 miles on it! The "hour long" process turned into almost 2.5 hours due to glitches in the system and unfamiliarity with the system. Terry was very, very nice and apologetic but I had to help read some items on his computer program because the printing was very small. Terry has a lot of experience in selling cars but probably needs to invest in some scripted eyeware to assist in processing purchases on the webuyanycar program. At the end of the day it was beneficial selling our car to webuyanycar and I would recommend them with the caveat of "beware & do not believe the online appraisal".

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We appreciate you letting us know about your experience and we’re sorry to learn we didn’t deliver the 5-star service we’re known for.
We advertise appointments should take one hour just as you pointed out. We failed to deliver on that, and we apologize without reservation. We understand our customers value their time and we dropped the ball.
We’re also sorry to hear we couldn’t quite meet your expectations on price. Our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but like any reputable buyer, we need to perform a physical inspection before we can make a firm offer. If there is additional damage discovered, we need to take that into consideration when pricing a vehicle.
Our Branch Manager did discover damage that was not disclosed during the online valuation process. To be fair it was not damage the typical person would be easily aware. Unfortunately, the onboard diagnostic computer returned a code that raised concerns about a gross leak in the emission control system and the undercarriage of the vehicle had rust to the rocker panel, something that can easily go undetected unless you crawl underneath the vehicle.
Our leadership team has tried reaching out to you several times by phone and email, but we’ve been unsuccessful at getting you on the phone. Smoothe transaction. A little bit of a wait for our appointment, but the location was super busy that day. Initial offer was way low, but without much haggling we got it to where we thought was fair for both us and webuyanycar. In an hour we were out the door with our check.

It could have been a bit better with a…
It could have been a bit better with a few Hundred more in the check but I got the car sold is what I wanted . Very professional in the office polite and concerned with MY NEEDS, Check was in hand within 35 minutes, and they even got me an UBER ride home so I di not have to walk home in the cold or disrupt my family for a ride or wait for someone to get off work and lose money.

Great experience
I was very impressed with how easy and fair this was to sell my car. I was not looking forward to strangers coming to my home and test driving my car. So I decided to give "we buy any car" a shot. Inappropriate Practices
I feel that the demand for a power of attorney is ridiculous, and the fact that the notarization process is absolutely fraudulent is a MAJOR issue to me. (They have the customer sign documents that require a notary stamp and then have their notary put the stamp on the documents later.)
Edit regarding reply: Just going to ignore the bigger issue, there, about falsely notarizing documents??

As required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, employees who transact business at PA locations are licensed salespeople. They are permitted by state law to facilitate deals by signing the title under the notary section while stamping the back of the title with our DIN stamp (Dealer Identification Number).
While we understand our process may be different to that you are familiar with, it is compliant, and we invite you to contact the Pennsylvania Automotive Association or Pennsylvania Department of State's Board of Vehicle Dealers to verify.
