Best experience I’ve ever had with car related business
I truly appreciate how easy this company made it for me to sell my car. I got plenty of help & information over the phone from Nicholas and then Ace is who came out to inspect my car and give me my quote. He was phenomenal. Very personable, straight forward and honest. If I ever need to sell another car I will definitely be contacting this company and I will also be recommending this company 100%.

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy. We showed up without an appointment, were able to get right in, and 30-40 minutes later we had a check and were walking out the door. Daphne was super nice, and did everything she could to get us the most for the car. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Hi Samy,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we’re sorry to hear we failed to meet your expectations and are eager to address your concerns.
We’re not quite sure what service cost you are speaking about that should be $22.50 and are eager to connect with you 1-on-1 to listen to your feedback in greater detail. We do charge a fee if customers decide to complete the sale. This fee is included on our website and in our disclaimers and goes to cover the costs associated with legally transferring ownership with the state.
Regarding the difference between the online valuation and the in-branch offer, we understand surprises can be frustrating. No one likes surprises, and we try our best to be transparent about how we arrived at the offer we did. We always invite customers to join us as we complete the appraisal so they can see what we see.
Unfortunately, when the online valuation was completed, the user declined to enter any specific damage. Once our Branch Manager was able to inspect the vehicle we found multiple dashboard lights illuminated, including the check engine light. The computer’s onboard diagnostic computer returned a P0420 code and there was additional damage we were previously unaware of. Once we discovered these items, we had to take them into consideration when making our firm offer.
I have asked the Area Manager to reach out to you directly so we can address your concerns and restore your faith in We Buy Any Car. We look forward to connecting with you soon.
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of We Buy Any Car
Agent very nice and helpful but final offer much lower than original given.
The agent was very helpful, however it was disappointing to be given one price and then upon accepting the initial offer, to be paid $300-500 less.
Update: the corporate office reached out to me and worked out the situation to my satisfaction. So I've upgraded my 3 stars to 4.

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and your business. Our leadership team would like to hear more about your experience and address your concerns.
Customer service and satisfaction are our top priority, and I have escalated your comments to ensure your voice is heard. I have asked the Area Manager to reach out to you directly so we can review your appointment together and restore your trust in We Buy Any Car.
It’s not our intention to disappoint our customers and if that’s the impression we gave you, then clearly, we dropped the ball and we want to make things right. Our records note the vehicle had a variety of damage that was discovered by our Branch Manager that we were previously unaware of prior to seeing the car in person. Most notably there were multiple dashboard lights illuminated, including the check engine light which is outside the scope of normal wear and tear and had to be taken into consideration when calculating our firm offer.
Thank you again for your feedback, we look forward to connecting with you 1-on-1. Our Area Manager will be calling soon, please be on the lookout for our calls.
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

We By Any Car beats the competition
I had checked the trade in value of my car at Carvana and CarMax. I had not even thought of WeBuy Any Car until my boyfriend mentioned it. Turns out they gave me a MUCH better price. It was great because the rep came right to my house and we did everything right there. The process was seamless, and the man who helped me was extremely courteous and professional.
