I think a little more effort would have…
I think a little more effort would have been great. I think you treat women is stupid and ignored everything I said and you also parked too close to my car and didn’t even take it for a test drive. I drove at half an hour before and the car had no issues, but no one believed me.

The allegation that our team treated you differently because you are a woman is one we take incredibly seriously, and we want to address it head-on. Since you posted your review, we've investigated this end to end on our side. Based on what we've been able to find, we don't have evidence that supports the claim that you were treated differently because of who you are. We want to be clear that "we didn't find supporting evidence" is not the same as "your experience didn't happen the way it felt to you" — how an interaction lands with the customer is its own measure, and on that measure something didn't work in our favor at your appointment.
Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to treating every customer the same way regardless of who they are, is something we hold ourselves accountable to on every appointment. We hold the bar for that high, and we won't shy away from a conversation about whether we cleared it.
On the test drive: at the time of your appointment, our team documented that the vehicle would not move into reverse or drive. Because of that, a test drive was not something we were able to safely complete. The non-running condition, along with rust on multiple panels, additional cosmetic damage, and structural concerns identified during the in-person inspection, all factored into the final offer. We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation, and the team should have walked you through these findings in a way that left you feeling informed rather than dismissed.

It was a very easy process!! Our rep was extremely friendly and helpful!!! I knew my car wasn't worth much but I got a decent offer for it.

Took about 2 hours and I walked out…
Took about 2 hours and I walked out with a check for the same amount that a dealer had quoted me which was a fair price but the dealer said they would mail me the check within 2 weeks and I wasn’t comfortable giving them my car and having to wait to get paid.

Joshua, was transparent and upfront from our initial phone call thru walking in the office however we definitely did not receive what I thought was a fair offer for our vehicle, as most who leave their may feel, they were not willing to budge even $1. This was my second experience with this company, a few years back we went to the Bedford location and we were given what I felt was a fair price. This is why we returned as customers however the Brookpark location did not negotiate. Joshua did give us the option to walk away, never felt pressured and this is why I gave 5 stars.

Got the highest offered price
I did some research, read reviews, got some offers from 3 competing companies. Like what others would say normally the offering price will be reduced after all the test drive and inspections are done. I was offered a price less than the original offer. But I think it's still a fair price and I agreed. It was actually higher than trading it to a car dealer. Signed all the papers and gave me the check within a few minutes. The car was picked up a day later.
The whole process took about less than 15 minutes. Their website is easy to use and scheduling an appointment was easy to make on the web or by phone. I would highly recommend this company .
