Alex was great. He explained the whole process and was very friendly. Made the whole process smooth and easy for me! The whole process took about an hour and I was able to get to get a check the same day. Great place!

It was a great experience from start to finish from when I called and Tara from customer service picked up and helped with all my questions. She was extremely patient and caring. Then there was Micheal Lynn who was top tier from start to finish, from handling what some would call a difficult customer ahead of us to my experience. He was prompt answered questions and kept us comfortable offering snacks which I thought was a great show of customer service. He kept us entertained while we waited for some things to be approved and they were approved in a timely manner. Overall changed my mind about the process of selling a car.
