He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and competent, so he had no problem working around the issues I stated above. And within an hour, we had a check in hand for our agreed upon price. They are completely honest and transparent. Nothing shady. No hidden fees. It was such an easy process and meant a lot to my family and I. 10/10 recommend.
