Websters Surveyors Anmeldelser

I had an excellent experience with Websters Surveyors. I chose them because a work colleague had used them for his own purchase and was happy with their service. I got a quick response from Genevieve when requesting a quote and scheduling the survey. The surveyor Stuart Boughey wrote up the report quickly but thoroughly, and was very patient and friendly when answering my questions over the phone. Overall, I’m glad I chose Websters and would highly recommend them for anyone needing a home survey.

We recently had a Level 2 survey carried out by Stuart Boughey and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The report was incredibly detailed, thorough and easy to understand, giving us complete clarity on the condition of the property. The follow-up call was especially helpful – Stuart took the time to walk us through the key findings, answered every question clearly and was friendly, patient and genuinely professional throughout. It made a huge difference to feel so well supported during what can be a stressful part of the buying process. We’d highly recommend Stuart to anyone looking for a reliable and meticulous surveyor.

Websters conducted a comprehensive level 3 survey on a 70’s property for me which I was very grateful to have had done. It highlighted the issues in a clear and helpful way (using a traffic light system) along with suggesting remedial actions to take. I appreciated the inclusion of multiple pictures illustrating the report throughout including those taken from a drone showing the condition of the roof which I would not otherwise have been able to see.
All communications from Websters staff were clear and timely throughout. I had a follow-up query a month later, regarding the garage conversion, which I was grateful that Joss the surveyor responded to promptly and very helpfully.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Websters. I received a thorough, five star service

I highly recommend the Level 3 service that Websters provided for our flat survey in South London - as first time buyers, Stuart put our mind at ease through clear and professional communication on both email and phone when we needed clarifications. The whole process was very efficient and the final report we received was very clear, with a useful colour coding system and the follow up with further pictures that didn't make it into the report was much appreciated. Thanks again Stuart!

Excellent Lease Extension Service. Richard provided an excellent Report and more importantly was an excellent negotiator with the Landlords solicitor, getting my Premium down and negotating a 990 year extension instead of 99 years, at no extra Premium. Richard went above and beyond in terms of keeping me updated, always available to speak to when needed, and went out of his way to do so, all within agreed fixed fee, which was very competetive. I would highly recommend to anyone considering lease extensions.

Stuart was very helpful after completing the survey in running through the details over the phone. Would highly recommend, very professional and great service.

Thanks for the thorough survey of the terraced house we're looking at near Turnpike Lane. Great drone photos of the roof and lots of photos throughout. Our surveyor, Ed, made time to go through the report with us in detail, and explain everything in clear understandable terms. Highly recommend Websters if you're looking for a house in Haringey or North London

My neighbour and I hired Websters to assist us with purchasing the freehold of our building and were delighted with the service we received. Our surveyor, Charlie Farley, was knowledgeable and helpful, preparing a detailed valuation report and undertaking negotiations with the other side on our behalf, which eventually arrived at a satisfactory and amicable conclusion. His advice was excellent throughout and he was patient in both answering our questions and helping to steer us through what could otherwise have been a very challenging process.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and Websters as a 'safe pair of hands' for anyone in need of first-class surveying services. Their professionalism and guidance were second to none and I am very grateful for the assistance they provided.

Helpful, friendly and efficient, and I found they were always happy to answer questions - which is important when dealing in matters which you may not be very knowledgeable about yourself, like me!

Dan was really helpful when my brother died and we needed a valuation for inheritence tax. He provided a very comprehensive survey of the property which the tax man accepted without question. He also provided me with lots of advice which I found invaluable.

I highly recommend Webster and who went the extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recommend the company. Excellent service, technical knowledge and documentation was provided by the company. Joss, the surveyor i worked is fantastic and very professional. Supported me and the seller after the survey was carried out, providing help in areas where i do not believe surveyors should even go - helped the seller and us to agree on the next steps in fixing the found issues so everyone is happy and aligned.

I got numerous quotes and Websters was by far the most expensive BUT i was drawn by the quality of the L3 reports and overall 'feel' of the company and reviews. I was not disappointed and the survey and reporting completed to a high standard within 1 week and the following telephone conversation to discuss our queries was excellent. Not always the case but in this instance we got what we paid for!...in a good way.

The survey was conducted very shortly after instruction and the final report was recieved less than a week after the work had been done. The report was very clear and understandable, aided by excellent photos including drone shots of the roof. A follow up phone call with the surveyor Stuart Boughey was extremely productive.

This is a company who offers an excellent service. We used them for a Level 3 house survey. Very pleased by the speed in which they undertook the thorough survey and the detailed findings. I would highly recommend Websters.

Websters were very helpful in their communication throughout, we had been recommended them by friends and would repeat that recommendation. Stuart wrote a very thorough and detailed survey report, and was really helpful in explaining specifics, and in giving greater context, during the follow-up call to go through the report.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Easiest process, very responsive!

Return customer, very happy with Websters' services. Efficient and hassle free - exactly what I look for when engaging professional services.

Special mention to my surveyor, Stuart Boughey.

I first used Websters, and Stuart, in 2021 and was happy to re-engage them. When I contacted Stuart again recently he remembered me and the property, and was happy help. That connection goes a long way in making the customer feel valued.

Worth mentioning too that rates are competitive and completion fast.

More than happy to recommend Websters and Stuart to anyone looking for a friendly, timely, professional service.

Lovely and efficient staff

Lovely and efficient staff. Natysha and Charlie were very helpful and efficient and the process went smoothly. They answered all my questions and I would deftly recommend Websters Surveyors.

Instructed Websters to Conduct a Level 3 Survey. They process for quick and clear with the appropriate communications and a comprehensive report afterwards. Grateful to Joss for his availability to address additional questions and provide further expertise.

Joss Dunham provided a very comprehensive survey report and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. He even arranged a follow-up meeting to go through the details, which was incredibly helpful. Friendly, professional, and thorough—highly recommend!
