Overall very good, the odd glitch does occur and generally the customer service is good as well. I don't like the new AI customer service. But generally I would recommend them to a colleague.

je ne souhaite plus l'utilisé , je demande la résiliation, ils font semblant de ne pas comprendre ma demande , il me font tourné en rond et me reconduise pour une année sans mon accord et débite ma carte bleu de plus de 900€ !!!! , à eviter à tout prix !! impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au telephone et par mail , des personnes de plateformes situé à l'etranger ! tout bonnement de l'escroquerie !!

Achtung, ich kann diesen Service auch nicht empfehlen. Vor zwei Monaten habe ich alle Aktivitäten im Dashboard abgestellt und nun kam wieder eine Rechnung. Dazu wollte ich den Support kontaktieren und Widerspruch einlegen. Es gibt aber nirgends eine Telefonnummer oder Emailadresse. Nur diesen dämlichen Chatbot, der gar nichts versteht. Und weil er nichts verstanden hat, schrieb er, dass sich ein Supportmitarbeiter mit mir in Verbindung setzt. Das ist über eine Woche her und niemand hat sich gemeldet. Ich möchte den Dienst einfach nur komplett kündigen, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit dort einen Mitarbeiter zu erreichen. Auch wenn man eingeloggt ist, kann man sein Konto nicht im Benutzerprofil schließen. Als ob da System hintersteckt.

TrustPilot appeared to have removed my previous & honest review. Unsure why & no explanation was given, however I feel both duty bound & compelled to re-share:
Webinterpret has redefined poor customer service and unprofessionalism in ways I didn't think possible. Having not utilised their services for years, I was shocked to receive a barrage of patronising emails from their sales team, demanding payment for outdated subscriptions with an arrogant insistence that disconnecting our store was somehow our mistake, rather than the end of a service we no longer needed or used.
What followed was an embarrassing display of desperation disguised as customer care. Webinterpret’s sales executive repeatedly attempted to hold our business to ransom over a trifling amount, all while dangling the promise of debt cancellation—but only if we agreed to resubscribe to their services. This is not a gesture of goodwill; this is corporate blackmail thinly veiled as a business solution. The fact that this was presented as their best and only offer is both laughable and deeply unethical.
Their entire communication style is riddled with condescension and an utter lack of respect for their former clients. They peddle the narrative that our failure to navigate their convoluted cancellation processes somehow justifies continued billing for services that were neither requested nor used. It’s a convenient little game Webinterpret plays, hiding behind legalese while they aggressively try to squeeze every last penny out of past customers.
Equating their subscription model to that of a gym or streaming service is both disingenuous and absurd—especially when their “service” amounts to little more than unwanted spam and intrusive follow-ups. If Webinterpret spent half as much effort on providing real value as they do on harassing former customers, they might not have to resort to such underhanded tactics.
Their approach is simple: pay us, or we'll keep badgering you. The constant cycle of demanding payment, denying any wrongdoing on their end, and pushing us towards re-enrolment with threats of unresolved debt speaks volumes about their business ethics—or rather, the glaring lack thereof. Webinterpret’s business model seems less about providing value and more about entrapping customers in a perpetual loop of unwarranted charges and intimidation.
In sum, Webinterpret represents everything a reputable company should strive not to be: evasive, unprofessional, and disturbingly adept at coercion. We will categorically never use their services again, nor would we ever recommend them to anyone who values honest business practices and transparent communication.
Approach with caution, or better yet, avoid entirely.

Webinterpret is very good service for everyone selling on ebay , it gives you extra exposure to international markets, especially their team is very exceptional they understand all your needs and help you setting up everything. My manager was Nitin and he is exceptionally good I have been working with him for past 3 years and he always help me getting everything done on time with his skills and knowledge, so everyone should atleast tried it out atleast once if you want to increase your sales
