Grateful for this service! Easy, fast, and received the care I needed on a Sunday!

I've used WebDoctors for years. I started when I had pinkeye in 2020 and my PCP couldn't see me for 10 days. I have found Dr. Pham to be knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I have asthma so it's great to know I have a doctor I can always contact now mater where I am. I've also had out of town guests use him, when they needed help.

Long‑time WebDoctors user. Always feel personally valued. Fast, caring, and reliable with prescriptions. My go‑to, every time.

Drs always calls within 1 hour of initial on-line request. Drs always listen for accurate diagnosis. My family has used them several times in previous 5 years or so for colds, covid, uti's etc

Great experience

after selecting the health issue I was dealing with, It was easy to sign up and select a doctor who called me in an hour, did the consultation and prescribed the necessary medication. The consultation and the medication were very reasonable.

They were quick and efficient

Made appointment and was called within 15 minutes or so. I spoke to the position and went over my needs, and he sent over the prescription that was needed.

A plus

I asked to have my perscription sent to an online pharmacy, they said they wouldn't and needed to send it to a local pharmacy. The price was 12x what it would had been with costplus.com . Just assuming that they get a big kickback.

It was the best experience I ever had. The friendly conversation made me explain each and every thing and as a result I got the best timely treatment.

They called within five minutes of placing my reservation. The doctor asked all the appropriate and necessary questions. I had my prescription in hand from my pharmacy. The entire process took 2 1/2 hours.

They called me quick, asked the right questions, and promptly gave me the prescription I needed. I tried other 'tele-' doctors but no one else came thru like WebDoctors did.

I needed an antibiotic for a uti and it was on the weekend. I was able to talk to a Dr right away and get a prescription sent to my pharmacy.

In a computerized profit based world these exceptional medical professionals bridge the gap with compassion, kindness and actually listening to their patients. What a concept. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Pham and cannot say enough about his thoughtful and excellent care.

I always have a great experience using WebDoctors. I didn’t want to have to go to an urgent care or doctor’s office and be exposed to more sickness. Dr Garg called back promptly and was so understanding and helpful. He called in a prescription that I was able to pick up in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Garg and WebDoctors. If I could give 10 stars I would.
